We went here for my birthday complement of the restaurant. See, we had previously gone here for my husbands birthday and had a Wonderful meal, but, when his birthday cake came, I took a bite and bit down hard on something harder. Turned out it was part of a pan. They gave us a voucher for a complimentary 5 course meal on another trip. Im not a litigious person, and I know that even though there was pain that nothing permanently was damaged. My tooth was damaged but it was easily repaired. It could have happened at any restaurant. I accepted their settlement and we went back another time and Im so glad we did. We really enjoyed the second dining experience.

My family and I ate here around Christmas and the surrounding decore was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal! It was quiet and elegant. Our waiter had an wonderful demeanor, paid close attention to detail, along with excellent and quick pace responses to any and all requests or needs (and we required quite a lot of attention seeing as we were a large group!) I am very pleased and the food; my goodness the food was remarkable and very beautifully displayed! We will most definitely be coming back and I certainly would refer anyone I know to come here if they are looking for a amazing dining experience!

The food was amazing and the decor is phenomenal. And the staff was very friendly. However, when you spend that much money for a nice dining experience, you expect things to be on point. Service was incredibly slow and I finally gave up on asking for anything extra (silverware) and getting a drink refill. I finally drank my friends water. Our particular server seemed very disheveled and unorganized. I WILL be returning to give this place another opportunity in the future simply because the food was that good.

Good selection of different oysters, and food is amazing. It is expensive though, and the staff does not do a good job at listening to you. I received 2 times the number of oysters I ordered, then didnt see the waiter for a while, then got a completely different wine than I ordered, that was also 3 times the price. Dont get me wrong, they food was great, but the entire experience made me feel like they were trying to trick us into spending much more than we were planning on.

Atmosphere was excellent! Place was clean, didnt see staff on their phones ignoring customers like at a lot of places. Our server was very attentive, kept my water full the entire time, cleared off empty plates in a timely manner, food was cooked to perfection! (try the calamari it was well deserving of the long name in the menu!) if you save room for dessert get the chocolate bowl, it was delicious and had an impressive presentation.

First time sitting down here & had the Best service in town... We had a waiter by the name of BRENDIN... And he is by far the most laid back nicest waiter I have ever had. We was uncomfortable at first but this dude knows how to make a person(especially black) feel welcomed .... Kudos to him... Ill come back and me sure he serves our table every time.... And o yea..the food was amazing.

“Great spot for a special occasion!” Flame turned out to be the PERFECT location for 11 of us who were in town for a family celebration. Our l-o-n-g table was ready right on time for our reservation. Had the best service I have ever had. John took our names, gave us complimentary bacon covered dates, comped an appetizer because the polenta wasnt just to our liking (not bad at all... Just from a different space we were looking for).. And just was an outstanding server. The food and the ambiance was outstanding. Ask for John.

Small portions, high prices. Completely delicious, but I have never left there full. I cant bring myself to come here anymore because I cant justify dropping $50 at a restaurant and leaving hungry. But hey, its not that kind of restaurant. For what it is, they knock it out of the park. All of the food is delicious.

Online menu wasnt updated, so we came in for some vegetarian food and found that there was none on the menu. However, our waiter went and spoke to the chef and was able to accommodate a meatless meal. It turned out to be fantastic food, and large enough servings to easily bring half home for another meal.

Once, I heard they threw a guy out for putting a picture of his completely naked self (though it was as small as and even looked like a stamp) under ever table. If true... how odd.

Very Impressed! My first time to Touch and not my last! The service was excellent, food hot with great flavors, atmosphere perfect. I highly recommend the Salmon, Persian Lamb Shank, and top it off for desert with the Bread Pudding. You will not be disappointed.

My first time at Metropolitan Grill. Easily accessed from I-65 and plenty of parking. The restaurant has a modern chic vibe. Service was good. The food was very tasty and nicely presented. The only downside was the portion size was on the small side.

The people are great, always trying to go above and beyond, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is fantastic. The prices arent cheap, but the food is definitely worth it. Ill be back again and again. So far, nothing but good experiences.

The best food in Springfield. The bar downstairs was a nice surprise. Try the escargot app. The steak garbage salad was my favorite. Great place to go with friends. The service really sets this place apart. Really impressed!

“Great food with awesome service” First let me say our waiter Chris was superb, flawless! Wedge salad and Bijon Salad were perfect. Loved the Medallions with maple and the Bijon shrimp. Great, quiet atmosphere.
