My husband and I went in for 2 pick up orders, the girl there was nothing but rude I believe her name was Heather? She never once smiled and she had this look on her face like she hated her job. I paid her the total than I waited for her to hand me my food because it was on her side of the counter right by the register (so I wasnt going to reach over the counter) but she just stood there looking at me like I was lost. I asked her if I can have my food and then she said "oh here" didnt even look at me when she said that or said anything else to me. As I proceeded to walk away she started whispering to her co worker something in an annoyed tone. I was going to turn around and say something to her or ask to talk to her manager but I wasnt going to waste my time I just wanted to get home and eat. Plus, my husband had his order messed up last time when his school went for lunch there. That was the reason we even went to that location, so he got his meal for free, so she already looked annoyed about that. So by me going back to complain she wouldve probably thought we were just trying to get free food which wasnt the case. Also, I ordered extra wet traditional hot wings and I got home and there was barely any sauce on them. I dont recommend this place to anyone, youll walk in there in a good mood and walk out feeling pissed. We go to the Snelling Ave location and never had an issue, were regular customers, were there every Tuesday. We will never step foot in the dinky town location. I know the managers are going to read this and offer some type of free food or discount, we dont want anything, because thatll require us to go back to that location. So dont worry about offering us anything, just wanted to let someone know about the situation. I worked in customer service for years so I know how you need to be with customers, especially being the first face everyone sees. She needs to get some more training or she needs to get fired. It takes one person to ruin a stores rep, and she is that person.

This was the most ridiculous BWW Ive ever been to. Four of my work buddies and I get to the restaurant and they tell us its a 15 minute wait or we can go sit at the bar side, so we choose to go sit at the bar. Now every other BWW Ive been to in the nation "the bar side" means the actual bar and the tables in that area, but Nooooo not here. So like I said we go in on that side and there are maybe 6 people at the bar and only 3 tables being used so its pretty empty theres hardly anyone in that room. We see that we cant all sit at the bar together so we just put 2 tables together. Now if the place had been packed or if we thought the place was about to get busy we never would of done it, but it was after 7pm on a Tuesday night and like I said that side was pretty empty. Anyway after we sit a server walks up and asks if we seated ourselves? We tell we did because its the bar side you can sit wherever. She tells us that where wrong and we can only seat ourselves at the bar because otherwise that waitresses will get "OVERWHELMED". Are you fricken kidding me, there are maybe 10 people on this side and us sitting there is going to get them overwhelmed? So anyway we go back out front and are told to wait 15 minutes. Now we just saw that whole side empty, it wouldnt of taken 5 minutes to seat us and the 2 groups in front of us. Instead they have us wait and put us in the dining area which is the smallest BWWs room Ive ever been in and is packed and crammed. So we finally get ready to order and my buddy goes to order the special on the menu and is told the menu is outdated and wrong, its 18 days into the month of October but they still have the September specials. Then he names off 3 different beers before he is finally able to name one that they have even though the other ones are on there list. Overall it was complete BS and I will never go back to that establishment again.

Went here on a Thursday night to grab some drinks after fiancé finished her last class around 6pm. The bar was not busy and we took two of the six open spots on the front side of the bar which was littered with empty paper trays and glasses that had already been used by prior customers. Needless to say it was not a busy night and the bartender looked like he didnt know what he was doing. After 15 minutes of not being served, nor acknowledged with the prior customers trash still in front of us we decided to move back to a table in the bar area. From there things got worse, after waiting another 15 minutes I eventually had to flag down a server(there were probably eight servers on duty that night be my count with a lot of open tables). We ended up ordering two waters, two beers, four piece chicken tenders, and eight boneless wings since it was their Thursday special. After not getting waters for about ten minutes I asked the server again and she responded that all their plastic cups for water were dirty? I just laughed. With the amount of staff there you figure someone would be running the dishwasher. In the end after about 45 minutes from when we placed our food order the four chicken tenders and eight boneless wings finally arrived! Needless to say, bunch of amateurs running this place. My last two experiences to BW3s have been nightmares, dont expect to be visiting a chain anytime soon!

Avoid this buffalo wild wings at all costs. Drive to a different one & you will have a better dining experience. I have had 2 bad experiences at this location before, but this time marked the worst restaurant experience. We arrived and waited 40 minutes for a table because they had closed off an entire section at 9:00 P.M....after a Gopher hockey game! This is prime time to get wings and it doesnt make sense to close off half of the restaurant during such a busy time. Also, while waiting for the table, we asked if the Winter Classic hockey game could be put on one of the TVs. The hostesses had no idea what we were talking about which is disappointing because Minnesota is "BIG" on hockey. We finally got a table and were told the waiter would be right with us. We didnt have a waiter for 15 minutes. The place and the management for the staff seems extremely unorganized because the waiter who came to us said she didnt know who was assigned to our section. She took our order and we both received the wrong wings. When the wings were brought back, they were wrong again. Everything took 2.5 hours. The wait was long and not worth it. If you can deal with a long wait, poor service, and food that doesnt live up to your expectations then this location is for you. For those who love BWW, I advise to look for a different location.
