I used Eagans Green Mill to Cater at my wedding. Food/Flexibility/Wedding day staff:The food was great! I was also very happy that they were able to set up the linens at my venue a day in advance! That was a big help! The staff that was there on my wedding day was great. Cleanliness: However, I found the overall cleanliness of the dishes (mainly the water goblets, about 60% of the 125 goblets) nasty and not up to par. I should have taken pictures! Some of the dishes had giant coffee stains, gunk on the bottom base of the glassware, and even several lipstick marks on the goblets! I was completely grossed out. When I contacted the Green Mill they were very nice and said they would take care of it. BUT, when I came in on my wedding day, I saw one Green Mill employee using a cloth napkin to "buff" the marks away. Which hardly seems up to heath code especially if there were lipstick marks, gunk, and dark coffee stains... It just made me wonder if they were ever washed the water goblets in the first place? Professionalism: Please proofread your e-mails. I dont feel like I should sign anything that says "Cakle" cutting or really think about what you are saying when you e-mail me that you managed to "here" my message... Responsiveness: Instead of calling me when I had a concern about my dirty dishes, the catering coordinator sent me an e-mail. Does she really think I check my e-mail the day before my wedding?

I have had multiple experiences at this location, and all have been nothing short of fabulous. The restaurant is clean, and the staff have always been friendly and professional. Amanda is the dining room manager, and I have witnessed her go above and beyond to personally ensure that customers are cared for. She is personable, kind, and it is obvious she genuinely cares for the people around her. She wants each individual who walks in to have a positive experience. That can be hard to find in a hectic, fast paced industry. I have also witnessed her go over food allergies she knows familiar faces have to the servers to help ensure everything goes smoothly. She is exactly the kind of person you would want to be your manager in a busy environment! She cares for the staff she works with, the customers that are present, and about creating a quality experience for all of those involved in the restaurant. On top of the great customer service, the food is delicious. There are more casual options which are great for the bar area, and well as fancier seafood pasta options for the dining area. Its a great variety! Once I had the wings at this location I stopped going to other local spots known for wings because Green Mill just destroyed them with the flavor they have! I highly recommend this location. Great individuals work here, the food is great, and the customer service is always genuine.

I dont rate 1-star to any place unless I do not even get a chance to seat down, so I did get that far, however that was as far as I got. Took 10 minutes to come get our drink order... Took another 10 minutes to gets us the waters, and then take our order... but after my wife asked a question three times and she just continued walking away, that was the last straw for me. Whoever the server is named Raven, she should be fired. Her blouse was unbuttoned to below her breasts, and her tank was ridiculously low. She also looked like she just came in from an afternoon drinking session. When I come to a restaurant, I expect professionals. And if you dont like your job, quit, and find a new career or job. *Never will I be dining at any Green Mill establishment again*

Green Mill catering was absolutely awesome and the food was amazing! The staff was very professional, friendly and attentive to details. Renee and Katie, our consultants, were incredible and so helpful every step of the way. They both helped us with little details that we hadnt even thought about. We had many compliments on the food and service. Katie answered every question we came across and promptly responded to emails. We had butler passed appetizers, which were absolutely delicious, and the butlers even went outside to serve our guests!! The absolutely vodka chicken, and lasagne campanelle was a great combination and so delicious! We would definitely recommend Green Mill To anyone!

Good food, but not a lot of it is going to be unique. The Diablo wings are a standout, though. The kids can watch the cooks through the viewing area, and a cook might even hand them a wad of dough (so make sure your kids wash their hands BEFORE they start watching, then you can take it home and bake it - quirky, I know). Most of it is pizza and wings, with a lot of other American and Italian food. A good takeout special is their large two-topping pizza and wings combo.

Took the waiter two times to get the order correct. That was after arguing with me that a menu item "didnt exist" (It did and was clearly marked on the menu). Excruciatingly slow service, especially considering the restaurant was dead. Drinks took forever to get, and the waiter never asked if we wanted refills. Never coming back here again since this is now the third time in a row we have gotten terrible service.

Went there with a group of girls we were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street. The bartender Andrea was the greatest she was very nice and made a group of girls drinking feel very safe. Food awesome late night happy hour awesome, had the the boneless wings and chicken nacho very yummy. Great place to go for a lady to feel safe and have a nice time. We will be back when in town again

This location was not great. Took too long to be seated even though the staff saw my party standing at the entrance. We were ignored. After being seated I ordered Alfredo pasta with chicken. It was awful. Worst than jar Alfredo sauce from the grocery store. The chicken was frozen squares. Not grilled chicken like most restaurants. The food wad not good at all.

We like coming here for an uncomplicated meal. The pizza is always fantastic and the kids like the food as well. I have, however, waited at the bar for over five minutes before anyone came over to me and it wasnt even that busy. The bartender was more focused on her regulars and that was disheartening. Ill go back, but mainly for the pizza.

I ordered delivery and didnt receive the mashed potatoes that were supposed to come with one of the meals. I emailed Green Mill about it and they responded right away. They went above and beyond what I expected. Nici Akins made sure this wasnt a bad experience for me, I will definitely be ordering from here again!

This is a decent restaurant for a chain. Their special event brunches are good and they also do a nice job with catering events. The menu isnt as varied or authentic as many non-chain restaurants, but it is pretty good. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and finishes are nice.

Medium sirloin was well done. Took discount but salad added on after I asked if it could be a side. No wonder lackluster green beans were upsold to me. Just under average. THEY RESPONDED TO MY COMMENT-provided gift card after my first visit disappointment, 3 stars for good
