I expected so much more. The advertisements we get in the mail shine with promise. Plus- the KIDS FREE as we are grandparents. I didnt catch the fact it wasnt free until later that at home. This was our first and last visit. I found the selections on menu to be limited - the prices far above what was offered. There was no seasoning or riches of flavor in the dishes we had on our trip. Vegetables bland - steamed or microwaved - not sure. My steak was tender - but a 1:2 step beyond medium well, and DEFINITELY not Med Rare. No steak sauce or ketchup offered, waiter seemed more concerned with QUANTITY of tables not QUALITY

I went to this Ruby Tuesdays 2/22/16 at 3pm with my boyfriend. The parking was almost empty. I didnt see any other patrons in the building, I actually didnt see anyone else. We walked in and up to the hostesses stand and waited. I heard what sounded like employee chatter and we still waited there. We craned our necks to figure out where we could find someone working there. We found no one. After about 5 minutes without seeing anyone at this Ruby Tuesdays we left and went to a different restaurant. Too bad for this Ruby Tuesdays, we were getting steaks and planned on spending more than we typically do, and I tip well.

I went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner and it was excellent. Service was amazing. My waiter was Dave or David, I cant remember which one. Very friendly, great server. There was a very attractive manager named Jamey who was making rounds asking if things were okay. She was very willing to help anyone that wanted it. The drinks were moderately priced and made perfect by the bartender Jessie. Overall experience was top notch. One of the best servers Ive ever had. The only thing I would change would be the rudeness and neediness I overheard at more than one other table. I will definitely be back!!

Ill admit to being skeptical about Ruby Tuesday due to a bad experience at another restaurant in this chain. However, after trying this one out it was pretty clear that I shouldnt hold the sins of another against the whole chain. Theyve got some great food (and not just on Tuesday, despite their name), and their prices are extremely reasonable--if such a descriptor can exist. Definitely one of the better values for this type of "sit down but not too fancy but if you wanted to dress up fancy you just might fit in" restaurant.

Ate lunch with my husband and he was using his expense acct card. So, we paid part credit card and part cash. The waitress returned with the ticket to sign and no change. I walked across bldg. to ask her is she knew we handed her part cash and she said yes. I said we had change coming back and she said she had it. I said "okay" and she said do you want your change. I just shook my head and walked out and thought, wow what a tip she gave herself for lunch. Will not be back.

My time spent at this particular dining establishment was enjoyavle. With helpful staff and a great selection of food choices that will fit any picky eaters pallet. With the help option of choosing the salad bar as a side is a smart move and a great overturned its that makes this place unique from other restaurants. Clean bathroom, TVs in the bar area nothing in the dining area can get a little crowded. Enjoy your stay and have a good time.

This place is my favorite to go to when I want great food and a very special drink. They have a full bar menu and make the best Strawberry Daiquiris in town !!! They have great staff and a beautiful salad bar and reasonable prices. If you are from out of town, they are located next to a row of some of the best restaurants in town. Its a great place for a special and romantic night or even a great place to take your family.

I generally like Ruby Tuesdays and as far as the food and the service was concerned, this was no exception. The only qualms I had was the music. I went there to eat dinner not dance. If I wanted music that loud, I would have went to a night club. Thankfully, our server was very accommodating and happily turned the volume down for us. I think it was so loud it probably gave her a headache too.

I always have a great experience when I eat at this Ruby Tuesdays. The salad bar is a must-have addition to your meal. All of the sides I have tried have been great. I usually get Cajun-style fish or steak and have never been disappointed. The manager makes sure everything is perfect for you and will happily fix anything that might be wrong.

Being an alone female, I was served quickly and courteously, but felt a little rushed to turn over the table to a larger tab. Nothing rude, but it was the attitude of the server. Host very kind and thanked me for choosing them. There were other places I could have gone. Meal was delicious.

Cody our server was great!!! He always made sure our drinks were full and was very friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely will request for him again!! The salad bar was amazing and our food was great!!! Just wish they still had the cheddar biscuits!!

No more cheddar biscuits and charging for salad bar if its one of your sides now. I got the Smokehouse Cheddar burger, good flavor but served open faced with shredded lettuce, REALLY messy when putting together.

Service was fantastic, however the biscuits are no longer served nor available for purchase, which is the main reason we come here! Food was Good! But very disappointed by the biscuits no longer being available!

when youre dealing with chain restaurants, service is the only variable usually, so as far as the food goes; its like every other RT. The service (in my experience) has always been prompt and friendly.

The food was good, not great. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Three stars for cleanliness though, the dishes were not cleaned thoroughly and there was food on my cup from whomever used it last.

Other than the LOUD Rosie Odonnel womens basketball fan, and steak that first came mooing instead of medium, service from Jennifer at the bar was friendly, steak was very good,sides as well.

Had the $13.99 - all you can eat salad bar, 6 oz. Sirloin, and chocolate cake. Food was delicious. Cody, our server, was great.
