Same thing as brandon said, they ALWAYS have an excuse as to why they cant take my order 1-2 sometimes 3 hours before they close. I arrived there one night at 11pm and they said they couldnt take my order because they were in the process of closing??? at 11pm?!?! they do not close until 2, i even called them and verified that they didnt close until 2. They have the laziest night time employees at this taco bell that will find any excuse not to take your order, a few other times ive been there they couldnt take my order because "their system is down" which is a bullshit excuse, because i offered to wait until the system came back up (just to see what they would say) and they then said it would be down all night (after just telling me it would be down for only 30 minutes). WATCH OUT FOR THIS TACO BELL THEY WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE TO GET YOU OUT OF THAT DRIVE THRU. LAZY WORTHLESS TACO SLINGING EMPLOYEES

I did a mobile order and when I arrived the front door was open so I walked in. There was a gentleman finishing his food and lady walking through the store. As I stood there waiting to get service a young lady comes from behind the counter and the first words were I dont know how you got in but the dining room is closed and you gotta go through the drive thru. I said Im here to pick up my mobile order. She says thats fine but you gotta go through the drive thru. Very rude I wanted a refund from the mobile app but had no way of doing so I processed to the drive thru to get my order. No receipt for my oder was put in my bags. Very disappointed and will not order late again and itll be awhile before I get Taco Bell again!

Wish that I could give it less than zero stars. Absolutely terrible service, been there twice in the past month at about 12 30 am and each time they came up with some BS excuse as to why they couldnt take my order. If it was one instance, I could understand it. But twice? Nope not buying it and I hope an owner or manager is reading this so that they can take proper action with their lazy worthless night time employees.

Was good made oder for got to tell them no sour cream but they where nice remand it. And my second order was taken but they for got to make it. But they made good on it .The made it and gave me cards to use on next vist. And free cinam sticks they where pretty nice to right the wrongs so it still was a good vist.

Pull up to the drive thru at 10:41 on the dot. "We stopped serving breakfast at 11." ok what time is it? "Almost 11". If you come by at night dont bother ordering anything with a taco shell cause its going to be stale and you might as well bring a book to read while you wait. Are we aure this really is a taco bell?

The night crew here is absolutely terrible. They cant even get a burrito with 3 ingredients right. They just left an ingredient off, and its not the the first time. Im not sure they should work anywhere, let alone make $10/hr if they are too high to make something so simple, correctly.

The service is good, and friendly. The downside is, I visit this store weekky, and every time Im there, there is an employee that parks in the handicap reserved spaces and does not show the proper handicap approved insignia. She also parks badly, over the lines.
