I would like to give this Pizza Hut more stars. The food is generally okay (nothing to write home about), but every time I have come in to pick up my carry-out order, it has been at least 5-10 minutes before an employee acknowledges me. I can see my order sitting in the hot box, ready, and can hear people talking in the kitchen. But no one to greet me. This time when I went, today, I had to shout "Hello?" several times after standing at the counter for several minutes, and it wasnt until a delivery driver came back to the store and saw me that anyone came out to greet me. When I said to the manager that he should get a doorbell put in, he laughed. Not very good service, though he was friendly when he actually came to greet me. I understand completely if a store is busy. I work in a similar pizza place, so I know how it gets. But we always acknowledge our customers as soon as they walk into the store. This should be a priority. Or at least make sure your pizza is the best in town, which it is definitely not.

After waiting 45 minutes for our pizza, it was extremely disappointing when we finally received the pizza and the toppings were incorrect.. Instead of jalepeno and pineapple, the pizza was jalepeno and pepperoni, which would be alright if my boyfriend and I werent both vegetarians. Normally, I dont complain about these types of things, but we couldnt eat the pizza, so I called pizza hut to see if they could re-make the pizza but the employee on the phone said the wait for a new pizza would be over an hour.. He said that he could give us a credit instead which I agreed to, but Im not even too sure if that went through because he promptly hung up on me after that... Overall, just a little annoyed with this experience and most likely wont be placing an order for a while.

Please do NOT waste your time on this Pizza Hut location. I called once then twice and was hung up on, but I thought that it was just the phone system. I called a third time and the girl purposefully hung up on me and all I was able to say was "I would like an order for carry out please; my phone number is" then *click*. After that I called back and asked to speak to a manager; I was put on hold for 7 minutes! Then an employee came on and said it would be another 5 minutes until the manager could speak to me. Really? You dont even have 30 seconds to speak to me? Pizza Hut you have lost a customer.

The service was TERRIBLE! I ordered the medium pizzas and two sides deal for delivery. The pizzas arrive hot, but very stingy on the sauce, cheese, and my veggies. All I could taste was pizza dough. I dont know if those workers were having a bad day, but I will give them only ONE more chance. If my service is the same as it was last night then I will never go to this pizza hut location again.

Ordered our pizza around 7:40 pm, eta was 9:20 pm. No problem I guess we can wait we were busy with a project anyway. It is now 11:14 pm and still no pizza. No call from store or anything. We had to call them to see whats up. Store is closed now but people are still in there closing up and told us that our pizza should be coming soon. Wow. Smh.

I decided to give Pizza Hut another try after multiple problems in the past. I ordered my pizza at 6:09pm and it is7:36pm and still no pizza. They finally called me and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I guess they couldnt have called a little earlier to let me know. I cancelled my order.

If you want to wait 2.5 hours to get delivery pizza, order from this place. I live less than 2 miles by road, so there are no excuses. If you call, they say that it is on its way and fresh. Lies. Coldest, least fresh pizza I have ever had! Ill never be their customer again.

I ordered carry out and everything was fine with my order also i believe this is the first pizza hut location that has not put me on hold or was rude. The lady was presentable and pleasant and actually sold me on a special that they had going on.

I saw the negative reviews and thought 2.5 out of 5 stars was unfair. Ive ordered wings several times there and have never had a problem. The people are friendly enough and the food has been good without taking forever.

Ive ordered delivery from here twice. 1st time it took over an hour and the pizza was cold when it arrived. The 2nd time I called and cancelled the order after it had not arrived in an hour and a half.
