Its very clean they r very kid friendly, they r very fast with their service!! They r all very polite!! Very clran restrioms, they r even kid friendly in the restroom!! Very clean play area for the kids, ut im talking about the one in des peres! The one in ellisville needs to get it together, they r very SLOW!! the lines r long to order then you r forever getting your food!! Something needs to be done differently there! The one in chesterfield valley is just as great as des peres!! I thought they were all like that but the one in ellisville really needs some help from corporate!! IT BAD!! REALLY BAD! Me encanta, sobre todo las ensaladas. Y hay dos muchachos Amos y Daniel que son hermanos que atienden super bien. Todo esta muy limpio. I LOVE their food, especially their salads. And there are two young workers, Amos and Daniel, who are brothers and very hardworking. Everything is always so clean.

I love Chick-fil-A but it will be a long time before I go to the Des Peres store again. My daughter and I had dinner on Saturday day night at 5:00 pm and by midnight we were both sick as could be. Food poisoning; I am certain most likely from their employees carelessness or poor hand washing. I bet a lot of people got sick from eating at Cick-fil-A that night but they might think it was from something else. In our case the only thing my daughter and I did in common that day was eat at Chick-Fil-A. Shame on there carelessness and poor sanitation.

Ive never been to chick-fil-a before EVER. Since we are on vacation, i agreed to step outside my comfort zone and try something new. After my familys insanely awesome experience today, I will never go anywhere else. This place is unbelievably nice...SO SO SO helpful. And we went during a busy like lunch time, with two small toddlers, on a weekend. Kept asking my husband if this was real. Also other customers were so curtious to each other. All the food was so good...tastes like a baby Angel...especially chocolate shake.

This is a hit or miss location for both quality and service. 3 out of 4 times, I have had bad experiences - rude workers, 30 minute waits to find out they lost my order between the register & Kitchen and then arguing that I must have already received it, when I was standing at the counter waiting for it. If you have the time, drive out to the Chick-fil-A in Chesterfield Valley. I rate Chesterfield Valley at a 5 star level every day of the week. Better owners, managers, workers and service.

Went during lunch time and the place was extremely crowded. So much so that once we received our food we had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get a table. When we sat down it was quickly apparent that both of our orders were incorrect. The manager on duty was quick to correct the mistake, but we did tell the cashier 3 times each exactly what was wanted. The orders were nothing complex. The food tasted great, but I will avoid this location around lunch time going forward.

I dont normally do fast food, but will stop in here on the occasion. Ive been to this one a handful of times, and they seem to forgot to give part of the order MOST of the time Ive gone there. And after spending a half hour plus to drive back and wait in line again for something youve paid for but never received, the convenience of the "fast food" is moot. I will most likely choose somewhere else in the future.

Best Chick-fil-A ever! The management here must be excellent, because everything at this location runs like clockwork. Our order is always prepared correctly, the tables are cleaned often, the kids play space is nice, and there are several staff members that roam the eating area offering refills on drinks, etc. Its a terrific spot for a quick meal.

Like most chick-fil-a restaurants, this one is great. Complete with a playland, and the standard complement of good food, the customer service is first rate. They carried the food to the table while my wife carried one child and I monitored the others, refilled our drinks for us, and bussed the table, always with a kind word or two. Thx CFADP!

Chick Fil A is awesome! Theyre service is always super quick and friendly, and then they literally walk around the reatraunt offering to refill peoples drinks for them. Imagine them doing that at some place like McDonalds. It just wouldnt happen. Also the food here is quite good for fast food. Love getting chicken nuggets with Chick Fil A sauce.

Awesome people customer service was 5 star its better than going to an upscale restaurant the prices where unbelievably cheap how can they stay in business with this kind of customer service and prices. Ill be back over and over again probably tomorrow since they are closed on the lords day and good for them accepting the Lord over money.

Fast, friendly service. Very clean. Prices are reasonable for what you are getting. Staff check on us at the table throughout our lunch. Very inmpressed that every table had fresh flowers on it. My only complaint would be I thought the size of the chicken on my sandwich was small. But very tasty (I had the spicy sandwich).

Probably one of the worst Chick-fil-A experiences Ive had in a long time. Drive thru attendant kept rushing me and telling my total and asking me "is that it??" I order chicken nuggets and they were old, like they had been sitting under the warmer for a while. Very dry. Also ice came with a little bit of drink.

Once couple weeks ago I went there and I ordered Deluxe sandwiches in drive throw but I got normal sandwiches without anything on them! Still makes me sad when I think about it! I was late for work so I couldnt go back and say anything! At least now I can let them know that Im not happy with their service!

My favourite Chick-fil-A in STL. Awesome employees they are super friendly. I usually use the drive thru and theyve never made any errors in my orders and they are super efficient. The times I have been inside everything seems really clean. Complementary mouth wash in the bathroom

This place is all the rage, one of my friends loves it! The prices are good, and the food is great. The service is very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is nice. Its a step up from McDonalds. The chicken sandwiches are great, and the salads are great also. Ill go back.

Great, fast, friendly service and the food is always amazing. If you havent tried the nuggets you must try them. The grilled nuggets are amazing you can add them to salads or just eat them alone they are delicious .
