We sat and looked at the menus for almost ten minutes before our sever even introduced herself to the table. When she finally got around to addressing us we had already decided what we wanted in the way of appetizers so she took our order. After almost 20 minutes and two portions of salad and bread later she gives us our appetizers. Then abruptly leaves and returns just a few minutes later with our entrees. We had a matter of moments to sample our appetizers before she brought the main course out. All of a sudden our empty table had become swamped with appetizers and entrées. On one hand everything was hot and prepared freshly. On the other everything also lacked some serious flavor and the pasta we ate for our entrée was extremely dry. The noodles had almost baked into the plate there was so little moisture on the pasta itself. Also, to bring out the entrée right after you present the appetizer to your guests just ruins the dining part of the experience. We had no time to actually sit and enjoy the pretty pricey meal we were paying for. Also our server almost looked as if she was making a point to avoid us entirely. It wasnt until we got our main course after almost thirty minutes she even acknowledged either of us needed a refill on our beverages. Nor did she ever ask how our food was at any point. The only time we saw her was when she needed the order placed and when she brought the food out to us. It was when she set down our entrees that we asked for a refill and we got it. For someone that makes there money on tips mostly, she wasnt working very hard for her money. If a server or a waitress wants to make good tips they have to be responsive to there guests needs. Not ignorant of them. Once our main courses had been finished she asked if we wanted dessert. We said yes please, we will have the tiramisu. Minutes passed. My girlfriend and I sat there for several minutes before our server then again approached us and asked us again if we would like dessert. Completely oblivious to the fact we had already told her what we wanted and had already been waiting very patiently. We again repeated our order and once again she disappeared for several minutes. It should not take 15-20 minutes to get a dessert at olive garden. Especially when we had to place the order twice technically. She brought the cake out to us finally. We ate and she asked us if we were ready for the check and we said yes. Yet AGAIN she disappears for several more minutes. We waited a combined total of almost 20 more minutes after we were waiting for her to bring us our check then waited on her to bring our card back. My girlfriend and I went out that evening for a casual dining experience. In most cases most people are done within an hour. We were in there for over and hour and a half with all the waiting we did in-between the salad and bread waiting for the appetizers and our server forgetting we had already asked for dessert. It was Friday night, early Friday night. I did not wish to complain and lower the servers moral even more then it looked like it already was. She may have been having a bad night. She may have just sucked at customer service. Either way it was a poor dining experience for us. If you want to make good money as a server you have to actually care about your guests. Or at least give off the impression you do.

I made reservation for party of 11. I arrived on time. Restaurant was about half full at 9pm. It took them few min to get table ready which is fine. Problem starts from here. Drinks are ordered. I ask waiter to bring salad and bread sticks and I am told NO until actual order is place. So, we placed order to give assurance we were there to eat not cheat. (Olive Garden Management, if you want to charge for salad and bread sticks then fine charge and later reverse if entres are order, but you dont say NO when you have party of 11 came for dinner) Now it get worse, Drinks are brought in bits and pieces, BTW, there were no alcoholic drinks, it was simple water, pina colada, lemonade, etc. Yet they got screwed. Now, I ask for salad and bread sticks and still no go. I wait around 8 to 10 min and I finally ran out patience so went to front and spoke with host and she finally got waiter to come out with salad and sticks. This after around 30 min since we were seated. Gets even worse from here. When I had ordered my pasta I had asked to ensure pasta had enough Alfredo because last time it was very dry. Guess what? Yes, it was even drier this time. Another order was also wrong and they had to adjust. All this happened when they were barely half full. I wonder what kind of service we would have received if they were totally houseful? Well, this is my last trip to that Olive Garden and if they dont change their salad and bread stick policy soon then most likely theyll have one long time loyal customer leaving them for good.

We go to this location every other Sunday. Always have good service and good food. On 12/04/16 we went (5 of us) and within an hour or 2 of leaving we were all sick. We all went our separate ways so I was not aware that everyone was sick until the next day. I called a manager to tell her and she was rude. She told me that it could not be food poison and that I could call my doctor. I just know 5 people got sick and that is the only thing we all ate that day. She made it seem like I was trying to get something free. If I could not afford to eat there I would not eat there so often. She said that she would call me back the next day. I doubt that I will hear back from her. She said they had to report it to their insurance company and someone would give me a call. My concern was that someone else would get sick and that they should probably look in to it. She said no one else made a complaint but I am sure she would not tell me if they did. I will not go back to this location. It is a shame that some people have no customer service skills. I am a manager myself and wanted to report it to help them out. I hope they find a better way to handle customer complaints in the future.

I have visited this place several times. Today my girlfriend and I went for lunch and as always we do the soup and salad. I got the chicken gnocchi soup and the chicken was very red appearing to be almost raw. I said something to the manager who said it was roasted that is why it gives a red appearance. I told him I have this same soup all the time for lunch and I have never seen the chicken look like this. Well, that was his final answer. The tomatoes in the salad were mushy and we waited 25 minutes for my friends 2nd bowl of soup. This was the worse experience Ive ever had with the olive garden!!!
