Visited place outside of lunch hour or any busy times, place only had 3..Maybe four customers eating in, no one was in line except me and my son.. Employee asked what we wanted and we said two bowls please...Pass that point employee was rude and attempted to rush us through their line, just as if there was 20+ people behind us. We just attempted to think about choices we can use on our burrito bowl, she kept pushing our bowl through..I asked her to talk with her Manager, manager came out and asked us not to be mouthy with her employee who disrespected "101" rule of customer in food service, (let the customer select what they want) we left after that point. I am never going back to this place managed by rude employees. I dont recommend this place, go down on the road and eat at Chipotle.

Love this place, im big on all the toppings (guacamole, sour cream, pico, lettuce, cheese, grilled onions and peppers...)and they give you all you want. Friendly atmosphere and very clean always. Great customer service at most locations. I was really happy with the kirkwood location, cause they allowed me to use an expired (one day) buy one get one free coupon. Now adays most companies are stingie and dont care about putting the customer first, Kirkwood Qdoba does!!!

This Qdoba is great, always fast and friendly. The employees remember repeat customers and create a welcoming environment. There is free wifi and they have a Coke Remix machine which the kids seem to love. Unlike Chipotle, you are not charged extra for guac, and they will add as much queso to your dish as you want. My only complaint is that they have replaced Queso Diablo with Cheeseburger Queso, which was a horrible decision.

Horrible service. Rushes u when not even ready rushes u when there is nobody in line and dosent even ask u if u want chicken or not just skips it. They ask u to leave because u raise your voice on employe witch is the managers daughter. Fo not come here and eat.

I love Qdoba. I switched recently from the Steak Burrito w/ queso sauce to the Steak Quesadilla. I dont think they offer anything I wont eat here. Plus they have those Coke machine with the 100 different flavors.

Staff was very friendly and the establishment was clean. The food was good as usual. This particular store was in a great location near downtown Kirkwood.
