This place sucks. Ive came here a hand full of maybe 5-6 times and this past time was....the worst. First it took us forever to be seated. I understand they get busy...ok coo. But when you have people jump in front of you to ask a question then the hostess tends to them more and run off to ask questions and have a 10 min conversation with some one who asked a "question", come on. Then once we get seated we told the Waiter...we want Honey BBQ wings....hear that honey BBQ. We ordered nachos as well. Well they bring us the wings and they look kinda funny...we ask the guy "hey are they honey BBQ?" He said yea" we tasted them and they wasnt. Then we ate one chip from the nachos and they wss cold. Once the Waiter came back we said hey we ordered honey BBQ wings...he said that is honey BBQ...honey mustard BBQ. I said man you didnt say that when we placed our order. And these chips and cheese are cold. So we get our food back we got hot wings instead, my wife ordered a Sprite...she never got...best believe we didnt pay for that. I will never eva eva come back here.

Went in and was very disappointed with the service. Its sad because the manager is so nice, but the service was horrible. Our waitress Kpack had 3 tables and did not check on us once. The chicken was burned so I finally had to ask another server for the manager. The server was to focused on the men in the bar. We will not be returning! Also I think its very very inappropriate to discuss gender with your customers. Talking down on transsexuals is pretty disgusting, while your on the clock. You should be focused on your tables and not getting a hook up or talking bad about others !

The bartender is slow and malicious. Took her 15+ minutes to get us a water from an unknown location while her friends and family got water instantly from the bar. Tonight there is no IPA available nor is there saison available since nobody at the casino can find keys the brew room. Also picture an overweight woman wearing a unitard as pretense for sexy- GROSS! Know your are fat and dress accordingly. Service sucked. Product provided and available was not as advertised. Will never return here again. I promise.

Walked in, sat ourselves per the sign, and waited....and waited. I finally got up and got menus from the hostess stand. Then eventually flagged down a waitress to ask about our server and waited as she coaxed a waitress out. Then ordered a beer and confirmed the price on the menu as it seemed really cheap. The waitress said, "Isf thats the price on the menu, then yeah, thats how much it is." Ok... She just seemed really put out by us and our nerve to eat out at her restaraunt.

After a less than stellar dining experience in the Crossroads District, the group headed to Amerisports to drink some beer, eat large pretzels, and watch some sports. We found the service to be good, the drinks to be cold (i love the knockout blonde), and the pretzels to be delicious. A good time was had by all.

Went there for some drinks and some appetizers. Their "own" brew if okay and is priced good. Dont get their Buffalo wings. Fried battered chicken gets soggy and the sauce doesnt get into the chicken. The pretzel was big but tasted just like any other pretzel that comes in a box frozen.

Great food. No frozen reheated chain restaurant food here. They even brew their own beer on premises. Good prices and a lot of food.
