What a great lunch! They have many of their own beers on tap, at a reasonable price. I recommend the Coffee Stout, which has a delicious coffee flavor, but is also a little sweet. One of their signature dishes is their 4 cheese mac and cheese. I ordered the Black and Bleu version, and it was smothered in Bleu cheese, chunks of tender steak, and a tasty balsamic sauce. So good! Both their nachos and cheese fries are covered in their house-made cheese sauce. I dont normally order two appetizers, but when I first got a taste of that cheese sauce I knew I would need another app. We showed up around 2pm, and were immediately able to find table. The service was fast and attentive. I cant wait to go back!

Waited an hour for a seat, but it was a Saturday around dinner so understandable in such a small space. No vegan options and waitstaff wasnt very helpful, but it was busy and loud so expected. Place is hot and crowded. Several customers commented on the heat the few hours we were there. Maybe better on a weekday. Friend had the pizza and liked it fine. Came for the tap tour but only give you a stamp if you order a beer which isnt apart of the tour rules. So our DD couldnt get a stamp for his guidebook. Two of us ordered the sideway- fine but not great. We both left without finishing. Overall, understandably slow service on a crowded night but nothing to come back for.

The service was good. Or waiter was friendly and attentive. We each had salads, which were mediocre at best. Actually, my salad was terrible. It was the Spicy Avocado and the greens were old and all the featured items were in a blob in the center. The blob was then drowned in a gelatinous dressing that tasted like Liquid Smoke with a bit of jalapeño kick. It was mildly sweet. Other than that combination the dressing had no seasoning whatsoever. So it was too much of those ingredients with zero flavor - strange. My husbands salad was just meh. I think their pup food (burgers, etc. ) is fine, because weve eaten there before and liked it, but dont order salad.

This place was awesome. Dropped in on a whim and was very surprised with the environment and food. Beer selection was great. The owners were on site introducing themselves and making sure you were satisfied. Wait staff was professional and timely. I had the black and blue bruschetta followed by the Manwich and a handful of random beers and will definitely be back when it warms up to take advantage of the decent sized patio. They currently dont brew but I learned that is around the corner. Because it has brewery in its name I feared a bunch of hippies judging my every order but it was not that kind of crowd at all. Very clean and friendly.

I have been to Martin City Brewing multiple times and LOVE it. The atmosphere is unique and great, the food is delicious, and they have a wide drink selection. Last November they also opened a building next door that is a pizza shop and it is incredible!! My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner there. The owners made sure the night was everything and more we expected! They were great to work with. Very flexible and open to suggestions. The dessert was AMAZING! Everything was better than I could of dreamed. Thanks guys for making the kick-off to our big day just as special and unique as our wedding! Loved it!

First and last time here. Would not recommend to go on a Saturday night. Understandably busy, but that shouldnt be a free pass for the wait staff to be unfriendly and disrespectful if asked a question about something, or make you feel like an idiot because youve never been there before. Have not been to a brewery or a place that makes their own alcohol that doesnt have something to just get a flight, or sampling, of what they produce that comes in some kind of carrier for the glasses, and maybe some way to identify which drink is which, until this place. Food was decent.

I had a bad experience here. They were unprepared for the fourth of July traffic and understaffed. The wait staff were not happy to be there. It took an hour for our food to come out, by then we were ready to leave. They offered the food to go for free, but we were from out of town, and I dont care for having food sitting in the car. One of the kitchen staff came out and gave us a confontatinal look as we were leaving. The owner wrote back and offered an apology, which I accepted. However there are plenty of other cool pubs to visit in the KC area.

This is a tough one. The brewery is awesome...period. Food, service, beer, all great!! Heres the skinny on the pizza/pub across the street... Coming from the east coast and having a very hard time finding good pizza, Martin City Pizza is fantastic!! Best Ive had in the Metro since Stonewall in Lenexa closed. The problem is that the service is THE worst Ive experienced in any restaurant, nationwide!!! I travel quite a bit and this was THE worst! So...take out is the way to go for me...even that experience is less than.... Great pie though!!!

I love the pizza on the pizza side, BUT the pub side has more options for beers, and those that are not brewed there, meaning, you can get your regular domestics there. Also, the food on the pub side is spectacular! I just had the pork belly tacos "Piggy Tacos" and they were A-Maze-ING so you should really try both sides and see for yourself. Live music sometimes at either or both. Parking SUCKS so watch out for the nearby popular restaurants signs - they will tag and tow you. Worth the trouble, walking half a block to get there.

The staff said 25 minutes for a table Well the place was busy, We give them the name and as we step outside to wait theres three tables on the patio that are completely empty. We go next door for drinks and when we come back they tell us itll be another 25 minutes. Unless we want to go to patio.... Grrrr The wings were solid the blackened tuna was on point, but the burger was out 4 minutes after the other food and dramatically over cooked. This place would be a bust but the waiter was solid. My wife and I visit this place at least a couple times a month. I can tell you the black and blue Mac is the best Mac & Cheese youll every have. The steak in combo with the blue cheese and balsamic glaze makes my mouth water just typing this. My wife loves the steak and blue cheese salad. The food is awesome, the service is great. Do yourself a favor and if youre in the area, stop in and give this place a try. You wont be let down.

Stopped by one evening for a beer with a group of friends. Place seemed clean and the service was average. They were out of a lot of beer that they had on their menu and for a brewery, neither the waitress or bartender seemed very interested in the beer. When I asked for a recommendation the waitress just said that they were all good beers- not so helpful. The beer I did end up with was good though.
