Seriously the worst Sonic Ive been too. My boyfriend and I clicked the button to order and it took about 10-15 minutes for them to take our order, then another 30 minutes before our food finally came out. Our fries were cold and stale, so we then clicked the button again and told them, and were told we would receive two NEW large fries. We waited about 15 minutes and those fries never came so we decided to just leave. As we passed the building one employee was sitting in the window (between the doors) just playing on their phone. Another employee (maybe a manager? Green shirt.) Was sitting there chatting with them, all while there were several cars waiting to receive food, and I know I witnessed one other customer pull back in after receiving food as well, likely to have something exchanged. Overall a horrible experience and really curious as to why this location is even in operation. Very disappointing.

Never in my life have I been to a fast food restaurant and was denied service during open hrs. I drove through the the drive thru and went to order and no one responded. I waited for 5 mins then drove around again. a car in front of me was able to give their order and pull away, when I pulled up again there was no answer. So I thought I would pull into one of the open spots. when in pushed the button to order a got an insanely rude reply of "whatchu want!?" Clearly at that point I realized that for some bizarre reason they clearly did not want to serve me. I put my order in and again I got no response at all. I didnt give them one reason to be some outrageously rude to me and was completely taken back by it. I knew this place wasnt the best of sonics around town but now I know its clearly the worst. hands down. I wish I could rate this zero stars.

This sonic is never packed because no one wants to go to an establishment where they hire rude children that act like they dont want a job. I came through the drive-thru, and was told to wait by the car hop; not only did he forget that I was there, but when I arrived at the window, the drive-thru car hop gave me an attitude when I told her about the incident. I asked who their manager was, and her response was "Ummmm this girl named Ashley". I followed up with asking her who the general manager is, and she rolled her eyes and said "Tanna". Ms. Tanna needs to do some hiring and firing at that location. They have lost my business for good.

Last Saturday night I went to sonic and order one cheeseburger and realized when I pulled off I didnt have the right order so I went back only for the manager to tell me I couldnt get what I paid for because the found man at the window didnt give me a receipt and I gave the food back that they had wrong and the only thing the manager said was he would let his general manager know then I had to call the next day to ask for the general manager and she said that she was supposed to send me something in the mail and I still havent received anything I will never go back to that Sonics again

Horrible service!!! I had to repeat my order three times and all I asked for was a super sonic bacon cheeseburger, no onion, add BBQ and thats it...he must of asked me 5 different questions for the same thing I already told him...very unprofessional taking the orders...and omg 35 minutes for one burger..and only 2 other cars where there. When I finally got my burger it was cold and had onions on it...Im calling corporate! They made me late for my meeting and I was so hungry only thing I had to eat all day..I ate it got receipt ..another 15 min wait..and left!! Thanks Jorden!

Where do I start. Service is slow. Cant hear the person on the speaker. Ordered one chicken dinner meal. Took a long time. Got home. It was wrong. Went back. 45 minutes later and after speaking to the manager 3 times I got my food with only a refund for the original order over an hour before. No coupons or "extras" offered for my time and trouble. Most of my questions were answered with "I dont know" from the staff and manager herself. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at ANY fast food restaurant EVER! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

We had to hit the button twice for service. After every word we said the lady kept asking if we were done. Once we had gotten home and we got our food out and I had ordered a croissant sandwich and received their Texas toast one. Those are not even remotely close to the same thing. My fiances burger was shoved into the package with the bun all crushed and not even covering the burger. And when we asked for some sauce the lady just walked away. Hands down the worst sonic experience I have had. I will no longer go to this sonic.

I ordered a regular cheeseburger with mustard, onion, and extra pickles ONLY, which I had to repeat to her twice because she just wasnt comprehending. After reading my total, which was much too high, i pressed the buzzer again and asked that my order be read back. It was read back as a double cheeseburger, with may and no pickles. I AGAIN repeated my order. Instead of what I ordered, they brought out a cheeseburger with so much lettuce and tomato, i could barely find the TWO pickles they put on it. Never again.

Its not the worst sonic Ive been to, I actually do like this sonic but sometimes I feel like they dont know what theyre doing. My last limeade didnt even have ice in it, they dont always give you the extra strawberries in your drink that you pay for, and they cant even make a shake correctly, I dont buy shakes here anymore because they have never been right. But, I can say that everyone here for the most part has always been nice and the food has always been good. The wait time is reasonable.

This place has horrible customer service! I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes for a drink. Then when I got to the window they told me it was going to be a minute because their computers were acting up... well whats one more minute going to do when Ive been here for 20. The lady at the window starts flipping out and cursing. Horrible customer service and horrible experience Ill never go there again! I wouldnt even give it one start, but I had to give something.

We went to the drive in and were told they only were accepting drive through orders. The drive through took forever, and we were rushed to order. Food came out cold! I give it one star because weve been to better Sonics and you cant mess up the candy slushies. I had to come back to this review because must I add the hot dog was not even cooked my friend throw it out of her mouth. How is this branch even open?! Is there an option for negative stars!

No stars would be a more accurate rating. Worst experience Ive ever had at any Sonic ever. I will never go to the Grandview Sonic again after over 20 years of patronage. Jeff was rude. Waited over 25 minutes from arrival until order received. Tator tots were cold and rancid, burger was cold., shake was melted and filled very short - evidence of cherry juice on whipped cream but no cherry. Waste of my time and money then treated rudely.
