We stopped here for lunch on the way home from Minneapolis since my boyfriend loves Dairy Queen and I love ice cream. The girl at the counter was very friendly and efficient, but thats about the only good thing that I can say. The other guests were all "odd", to put it nicely. My boyfriend received his food about 10 minutes before I got mine and it took about 20 minutes total before mine arrived, even though there were only two other tables of customers there at the time. The menu was not a typical DQ menu, was very limited, and it felt more like a small town, independent drive inn. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it tasted like someone had made a thousand fish sandwiches before that and never changed the oil. We ate and got the heck out of there asap. As we were pulling out of the parking lot I told my boyfriend that the whole experience made me feel like I was in a movie. A Stephen King movie, that is.

Im on vacation with my parents and we stopped here today for lunch. I dont eat meat and there are no meatless options for meals so I asked if they could make a grilled cheese, I was rudely told that they cant do it, no reason was given other than it wasnt on the menu. Which I already knew. So then I asked if they could give me a plain cheese burger with no meat which they hesitantly agreed to. When I got my food they gave me a raw bun with raw cheese. Not impressed. How hard is it to grill a damn cheese. Also the ice cream cones are totally stale.

So we drove through and let me tell you what this is not your average drive through you might as well be a professional NASCAR driver to get through there, the menu is very limited and old fashioned, then not to mention the door to get in is right through the drive thru so I would advise you to watch out if you walking in, are food took forever and they did not have lemonade which is very uncommon in DQ the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because there chicken strips were still pretty dank

Stopped in on our way to I90. Where to start...mens bathroom disgusting, urinal out of order with a garbage bag taped on it, dining room floor looks like it wasnt swept since yesterday, registers must have been down since they and wrote our order, forgot our sundaes, and their Texas toast is literally a small dinner roll with a packet of butter. The 2 stars were for piping hot food. Thats it. Wouldnt stop here again.

They are suppose to be open till 9:30 i arrived at 8:45 on a Friday night and the girl locked the door in my face, i live in this town and everytime i go in this store i get terrible service like they dont want to serve me and then it takes forever to get my food i hate this location worst DQ i have ever went to i will never return Ill take the extra 15 minutes and ride into Mankato

I was just at this dq, first off they cut us off half way through our order in drive thru. Then I get my blizzard which they did not tip upside down, and I got half way through a mint Oreo blizzard and it was pure mint sauce not mixed up. I will not be returning to this place, I would suggest a different place for ice cream

Would give 0 stars if I could, the staff was very rude, food took forever, no parking, and to top it all off, trying to eat with 3 children with and a lady is trying to sweep underneath us at 6pm! There were plenty of other empty booths that she could have swept under. By far the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.

I have always had good experiences with this DQ. all the people whining about orders taking so long are not taking into account that the meal they ordered is being made fresh from the moment they order. It is tiny Lake Crystal. if you want it right now, drive another 20 minutes down the road and go to Mankato

Drive thru wait time is ridiculous! You will not get your order placed and paid for and out to you in less than 10 min. Also the customer service is severely lacking. The girl taking our order gave us attitude after wed been waiting to order for a solid five minutes.

The service was good but the food was just alright and the facility is dated and in need of a remodel. We have been to many dqs and frequent our local dq but I would not go back to this dq.
