I hold the Panera and Saint Louis Bread Company franchise in high esteem, the food and service from them is almost always first rate. Its my favorite place to eat breakfast when on the road. Today, my wife and I stopped for breakfast at this restuarant and to our surprise we were completely ignored by the staff while we waited for a couple of minutes at the register to place an order. Finally, we just left. I dont believe anyone there missed us. This is completely out of character with these restaurants but it is worth noting to future patrons of this establishment. Two stars instead of one simply because I think this was an anomaly.

Would like a healthy gluten free bread offered, clean up your tuna ingredients, a cheaper price if I get sandwich with out bread or/and how about lettuce wrap option and have smaller quantities for children. I have an 4 year old. Oh yeah, take more sodium out. Thank you for your time.

The service could use a bit of energy. The warm greeting is far and few between(based on mulitple visits) The dining room could use attention. While I enjoy the food...I mean the avocado breakfast sandwich is delicious...I definitely do not visit for the fast and friendly service.

I bought a few pastries, one of them being the bearclaw for my mom. The bearclaw got its own bag with silverware. I found a cigarette butt in the bag with the pastry and silverware. I recommend never eating here.

Great place, but a bit ridiculous to restrict wifi to 30 minutes between 10-2, its rarely that busy for seating, even during lunch rush
