I usually do not do a review, but what I saw tonight needs to be addressed by management. Our food was very good, no complaints there. As I got up to go to the bathroom there were quite a few people standing there and the lady putting orders out ( cutting pizza, making sure orders were ready to go) was screaming at staff. Yes, it was busy but felt it was inappropriate. To top it off as I was standing at counter to pay our bill, it was still busy, probably 15 people standing there to either be seated, pick up pizza or pay, this same lady was still at it. Not yelling as much, but throwing pizzas on whatever was needed to carry them to tables. One pizza was half off and staff had to put pizza back on carrier-no gloves and touching food. Not her fault but not appropriate when serving food. The next pizza she did actually ended up flying onto the floor. Im not sure she even realized this, but if she did she didnt care. I also heard staff saying they were afraid to tell her it would have to be remade. Lost lots of respect for a place weve always enjoyed going to. Will certainly think hard before ever returning.

There was nothing good about it. We went in for lunch and there was only one other couple there. It took over 10 minutes for the waiter to come with drinks, also it took another 10 minutes after I got my meal for my girlfriend to get hers. We could hear staff swearing out loud in the back our entire visit. It took so long for our waiter to come to check on us another staff member came and served us instead. When our bill was given to us, we sat for 10 minutes for her to return to collect it, which didnt happen. I even checked the front for someone so we could just pay and leave but there was not one person there. after after I went back to the table we saw her sitting down eating with other staff and my girlfriend was so upset that she walked up and handed the bill to her, said "thanks"and walked away. I no longer want to dine there again and I would recommend that management start making better hiring decisions. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any pizza hut.

Nothing. But grease on the pizza it dripped. When we said something the server just laughed then went to a booth with her friends sat and talked. Loudly and inappropriately while my 5 year old could heat everything. Wont be back

I went there this week. I had a good buffet. I was excited they asked us what we would like on buffet. They made us a stuffed crust meat lovers, which i recommend. This place was way better than Dubuques pizza hut. Ill be back!

I had their bbq chicken pizza. It took me back to a joint down around Anderson, South Carolina. The memory was of a bbq chicken slider and the reminder like the slider sandwich was a bite of heaven or a few bites of heaven;-).

Definitely not upscale dining, but for a fast food place its more than okay. I have a weakness for their crusts. Nice place for party takeout or just for a movie night.
