I never write reviews for anything, but this experience made me furious that I had to post about it. I ordered 2 medium pizzas at 10pm on friday night. I was told 30 minutes, I know better than that so I wasnt worried when it was 45 minutes late. However when it hit the hour mark I called Pizza Hut up and asked what the problem was. I was assured it would be there shortly. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER I call back pissed because it STILL hasnt arrived, dont tell me shortly if its going to be 30-45 minutes later. Instead of offering a coupon, no charge for my order, or even a polite tone I was met with Well if you dont want the pizza Ill cancel it. Seriously? The guy said well she has another order so it will be a few minutes I said Great because I only like 15 minutes from Pizza Hut NOT an hour so where is it. I asked for an estimated time and he couldnt give me one saying he only had 1 driver. Why would you only have 1 driver on a friday? We dont guarantee a time he says, okay but waiting 1 1/2 hrs for a flipping pizza is ridiculous. I hung up on the guy because he is clearly a moron. My food arrived room temp and it wasnt even made correctly. NEVER going back to this horrible place and NEVER ordering Pizza Hut again. Nice Reps they have here at this location. If you love Pizza Hut too much to never eat there again make sure you choose another location or opt for carry out.

Before calling, we joked about a line of questioning for the manager before we placed our order. Are you open? Did your drivers come in to work today? Did anyone show up to bake the pies that are ordered? Did your truck deliver? Did you even place an order for your ingredients? Do you have thick crust today? And last, what are you out of before I order my pie?.....................Then my wife went online and placed our order. Afterwards she looked at me and asked "how long do you think till the store call us " then we laughed.....THEN the phone rang. The manager would like to offer a discount if we pick our pizza up, the drivers didnt show up...All I can say now is Its sad when the customer can predict the business better than the "manager". From my perspective all he manages is to show up for work.... And then to top it off I get a automated email asking how my experience was. DONT BE FOOLED.. many times I have filled these out asking to be contacted. But they do not care enough to call even when I give my number. WOW from now on I will find a different pizza place. Each Wednesday, we have a lunch meeting from 11:30 - 12:30 for our employees. Yesterday, we called at 10:30 to place our order for delivery at 11:15. The delivery time was repeated three times. At 11:35, I called to inquire about our order and was asked if I would hold briefly (yes). However, after holding for 9 minutes, I put that line on hold and called again on another line. My second call was answered and addressed before my on-hold call. Clearly they were ignoring the line on hold for now 10 min. When I asked about our order, I was assured that it was on the way, and told it would be there ‘shortly’. At 12:00 (now 45 min late), we called again and were told that they delivered it to the wrong address. Someone would check into it and get back to us. No one ever called us (as of late Thurs afternoon). No pizza. No lunch for the group. And, no apology.

Customer service is severely poor at this pizza hut location. On multiple occasions, Ive encountered situations where their employees dont know how to use the stores technology, leading to substantial delays. After a few forehead slapping experiences like this, Im done and will never go back.

I, like others have had problems with delivery on time, or within reasonable time. Also, when I called they will not answer direct questions, giving either excuses or vague times. This is not the first time.

Just ordered a hand tossed and delivery was record time. But it is the worst hand tossed under cooked pizza Ive ever ate. Its a good thing that you can not give less of a star this is PATHETIC!!!!

The oil or butter used for pizzas and bread sticks ordered here was stale and kind of smelling bad. The service is good but not the food served.
