Went in tonight with my husband and our 4 boys. First of all, we walk in. The girl ask how many. I said 2 adults & 4 kids. She asked table or booth. I said probably a booth. Went to ask my husband and she was already walking away. Then, as we were getting settled into our seats. She rudely asked if we want something to drink. Told our drink orders and she walked away, like it was a huge deal we ordered drinks. Brought our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. Our eldest is autistic and he was having an episode. She just asked if we needed a little more time. When I said yes, she was yet again rude. I felt as if it was a huge burden that we were there. I over heard her ask other customers if they wanted something to drink without the rudeness. I was not vwry happy. I will not be going back due to the service. The food was great, but the service was absolutely horrible.

Dont go there after 6pm. 3 times they ran out of pizza crust and could only order breadsticks or wings. 2 times had to wait over an hour to put your order in when there is only 6 people inside. All within the last 2 months.They need new management for second shift. Absolutely horrible! Im from Dyersville and have always loved there food but now we wont even bother. Alot of other people from Dyersville have also been talking about service there and wondering how hard is it to either make your own crust or too order enough?!

I called in a pizza when I was in Dubuque. They told me 20 minutes to pick up. When I got there they hadnt even started making the pizza. I had to wait an additional 8-10 minutes. However the manager did give me a discount for the inconvenience.

Service was terrible. The waiter forgot to order our cheese sticks. Ordered more beverages- waited 15 minutes still did not bring anything so we left. Only 10 people in the establishment. Will not go back there.

Ordered pizza and went to pick it up they said they never placed the order! After I ordered I called again and they even said it was already in the oven! Wont bother coming in for a while.
