I absolutely LOVE this location!! I will not go to another one after having the problem I did at Fenton. I visit so many times a week the workers know me by name! They know exactly what I want since I order the same thing almost every time. Sometimes in the drive thru they get my order wrong but they always fix it. They will give you a whole bunch of cookies to make up for it too. They have good cookies so thats an offer I cant refuse! They have messed up when I come inside but usually its when someone new is working who obviously dont personally know my order and I dont expect them too. Like I said they always fix it. The last few months no mess ups though. One thing that has got me is that they have started locking the doors at 9pm and they arent supposed to close until 10pm. They should clarify that on the hours as it seems drive thru is open later than coming inside which is ok with me. If you do decide to change the hours please let the customers know though!

I recently visited your Arnold MO location and was in disbelief when I was told I had to answer one more question before the sale was final. The question was "Would you like to add a tip?" Are you kidding me? A tip for what? I stand in line to place my order, I fill my own drink, I find my own table, I retrieved my own food, I refill my own drink, and I buss my own table sorting plate, silverware, bowls, and trash. You should be ashamed of yourself for even asking. For the prices you charge I would hope that your employees are paid well. If not they should get a job where tips are earned. The 4 stars are because I do love the food.

While Saint Louis Bread Company is one of the best spots to get a quick bite to eat without having to chose greasy cheeseburgers, this location fails to live up to the standards that the rest of Bread Co/Panera show. Everytime I have visited this location they always seem to screw my order up. Ranging from not toasting the bread on a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich to forgeting entire items like my cream cheese spread. If you are going to go to this location, please remember to check your bag before driving off.

I just had to say, whoever made my Turkey Avocado BLT today that I ordered around 10:15am as a Rapid Pick-Up order - holy cow. That was the best sandwich I have ever had at a Panera. Maybe the best sandwich Ive ever had in general. Ive been disappointed in Panera sandwiches before because there will usually be about a measly 1/2 a slice of avocado and a mound of ingredients in the center, and I actually have to rearrange the sandwich. But the one prepared today was just perfect proportioned and arranged.

The app sucks. The manager at Arnold Missouri location is a real big jerk. I called to explain that we were having difficulty worth the app but wanted all of our orders delivered together. He refused and sent the orders separately. The app is not user friendly and the manager is not customer friendly. This will be our companys last order from this store. Several of us order delivery frequently. Never again from here

Not only is their food extremely good, it was very fast! I didnt know that they delivered till just a bit ago so I decided I try it out. Not only was the food delicious but it was hot. The delivery driver was very pleasant as well. He briefly chatted with me while I signed for our food, and was understanding of my barking gard chiuaua. Lol. Very pleased with the service and would recommend any day!!

Tried to get a vegan sandwich, I dont think they understood that since they suggested putting meat after I asked for no egg or cheese. An extra star because the cashier was nice about pricing it. But they still screwed up my order, put cheese on it, then threw it in the trash. So.... Food waste and not vegan friendly. I will not come back here...And I worked at a Panera for several years in college.

I could not help but notice that St Louis Bread Co, bore a very similar resemblance to Panera bread. I found out, they are one in the same. Maybe because this one is located in St Louis they decided to change the name. I do believe they were separate restaurants at one point, but they food is identical. Which means, if you dig Panera, youll be right at home.

This is the only Bread Co in the South County/Jeffco area that is always out of something on its menu. I would say every one of three visits Im told "sorry were out". Or is it maybe that the staff doesnt feel like making more since breakfast is almost over or its close to closing time? Pathetic. Ive never had this experience at other stores.

This location is always clean and the food is always fresh! I ordered delivery today and the driver was so nice and outgoing, it really made an impression. I tried to leave a 5 star review on their website but I couldnt find a way to do so!

Well I was gonna grab a early lunch at 10:35am on Sunday, I was told their soups werent ready. For a place that dont have breakfast or lunch hours.. just hours on their website, why would any food on the menu not be "ready"?

I go here for lunch during the work week since I work in the area. Its super crowded during 11-1. The workers are always so nice. I hate that its a 1 person restroom.
