I visited this location on my way home from a long night, it was about 9:45pm when I arrived and they "say" they close at 10pm. Well I think there needs to be some clarification on the hours because when I arrived the drive thru was closed along with the doors locked. I get it you want to go home but 15 minutes till 10? I can understand how a person coming in like 5 minutes till close is annoying but come on. Also I did see other people in the store as I walked up to the door to find it locked. They watched me walk up to the door, couldnt have motioned that they were closed already? Nope just laughed as I tried to open the door and walked away mad. I usually go to the Arnold location but like I said it was a long night and I wanted something decent to eat before everything closed which is about 10pm. I normally dont leave bad reviews but this place deserved it! I will not be back! The Arnold location has been locking their doors at 9 but keep their drive thru open till 10 which I appreciate. You could at least do that or change your hours please.. I was really hungry and tired and just wanted a salad.

Today we arrived with no line. We placed our order for 5 people. They got busy and a line came in. Instead of serving our food as we were first in line, they continued to check out and serve those behind us their food. In turn, they gave my daughters souffle to someone who was in line behind us. Since we always have issues here, I asked for a full refund to go to the Manchester location where they take care of their customers. Then the individual giving the refund, Michaela (who has some authority there since she had register keys) told us that they make it a policy to not sell souffles if they arent out. However, when we placed our order, it was out. Avoid this place like the plague. Go to a different location. The drive is worth avoiding the hassle.

Management is unprofessional here. You open up @0600; yet, you "ran out of all muffins" (per the employee at the drive thru window) by 0910. The place is open for ~16 hours....maybe you need to make more muffins since the first 3 hours your muffin supply is depleted. So, what part of no muffins available did you not see when you told me at the intercom that you didnt have my first choice in request of muffins? I think the worst part was when they had the opportunity to tell me this while I sat in line at the drive thru for over 10 minutes. This is not the first time Ive been unsatisfied with this particular establishment. I will not be going back there.

Rapid pickup - this locations rapid pickup is never ready at the specified time and 75% of the time I have to ask someone about it, then find out that it is held up in the bakery because of the muffin in my order. The one item that has zero wait time is the thing that always delays the order by 10-15 mins. And then when I finally do get my order half the time they have given me a muffie instead of a muffin! I have given up on the rapid pickup and now just use the drive-thru, it is WAY better.

Came through the drive through and ordered a ceasar salad and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup. What I received was a chicken ceasar a cup of soup. I was charged for the bowl and charged for the chicken. They corrected half of the order and replaced my ceasar salad. (Im not a meat eater) but failed to give me a refund or correct the soup size. I will not be giving my business to the Fenton location again.

I ordered the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo to go and when I got home I realized that the dish not only had barely any meat on it, but it wasnt chicken at all. It was a stringy pinkish mystery meat that I identified to most likely be ham. It wasnt even good ham it tasted like week old Christmas left overs and it made my stomach hurt.

always liked this bread co. now they finally got a drive thru installed and its great! One thing that is disappointing today is that they are using dried apples in their fuji apple chicken salad. Had I known that no way would I have ordered it. Other than that, I always have good experiences at this location.

Took 20 minutes for someone to finally make my mocha as i stood there one young lady asked everyone else ignored me I hate this bread co location the manager has a very poor attitude as well pat Madison helped me tonight maybe she should be a manager shed the only employee that paid any attention

Very sad...30 dollars for 2 salads...I pay with a credit card and the cashier asks do I want to leave a tip..I had to hit the no button on the key pad..pay your employees and quit asking for a tip..shame on this company..I stood in line and even had to wipe my on table off

Its OK to go here, the food is exactly like all paneras. The staff is good to go and everyone is OK friendly. They tend to get my order wrong every time. BUT THEY MAKE IT RIGHT EVERY TIME! thank you Ryan

Never have what you want...if you offer a item on your menu till 10:30 then have the food until 10:30...the manager was rude...stay away you wont get what you want!!!!!!!!!!!!!
