Placed an order for deliver through the app at my office. Ordered the turkey avacado blt and finished my order card info and all. Went back to review my order and the app showed that the sandwhich was not available at this location so i called to make sure the orser went through. I spoke to an Erin who was polite and put me on hold to speak with a manager...after being on hold for 20 minutes i hung up and called back. The person who answered this time did not give their name i explained my situation and she stated they did not have that samdwhich i would have to come in to request it she was very short with me amd it was obvious i was a huge inconvience to her. She read back my oder and apparently the sandwhich that you cannot order had already been made for my order and was ready to go. I love their food and have mever had an issue before this however this managers complete lack of manners or customer service was quite off putting and unprofessional. Were i the owner of this location i would rethink the person i have representing my company to customers.

The sizes that they give you vary in cup size also the bread side is getting smaller and smaller... too bad because that is why I come there for the fresh bread... I have had to purchase a loaf so I had enough for my soup. Three Inches of bread is shameful you pricing is not cheap. Some thing should be done about customers taken up tables with plugged in computers and iPads, you have your WiFi accessible at lunch and many use there own WiFi and take up the tables. I know you advertise free WiFi but geezzzz.. They are setting up signs and conduction business. This is pushing your business away especially on the Rock Road Location. We have stopped going to that location all together.

The last four times my wife and I have ordered, they have forgotten parts of our order. Management was not helpful in reaching an appropriate solution in one of the cases. The quality of the food is lacking. The French bread is either stale or burned. The half sandwich in the you pick 2 is incredibly small compared to other places. The soup has been disgusting the past two visits, as well. It tasted burned. I I have had other visits here that were alright, but the Panera on Old Olive Street is much better.

Kiosk ordering totally surprised me, havent been here in months, and they have really upped their customer service! They bring the food to your table, just make sure to bring your My Panera card. And the ham and cheese breakfast sandwich did not disappoint! Hot and fresh, cooked to order. Since my last review, Ive much enjoyed the "order from your table" feature as well. Not all locations have this, so look for the icon when you search for locations.

This location is always out of coffee and milk in the morning. Thank goodness I am only in this area twice a month. They really need a dedicated person to just refill the containers. Register staff very friendly - they just dont have time to man the coffee area. Give a college kid a job! Also have noted food quantity getting smaller. Bakery items seem to remain the same but prepared foods are not as good.

New table service is really nice (and high tech). Food remains good and the all you can drink coffee is a winner fur me when I want to read or write for an afternoon. If they kept the place a bit cleaner it would be the complete package.

You can order online or you can use the kiosk to order or you can order at the register. In and out in a few minutes or you can sit and relax and use their Wi-Fi. All the foods are fresh made to order and the pastries are wonderful.

I ordered Egg & Cheese on Signature Bagel in the morning for rapid pick-up. What I actually got was very different from what I saw in the webpage. There is no cheese in it; the bread was not a bagel. What a shame.

Nice convenient location to stop before and after work. Its almost always busy, so expect to wait for your food. Soup bowls are the best here! Easiest to use their phone app for Rapid Pick-up

They stopped selling the chipotle chicken sandwich, which was their best sandwich. There are now kiosks to order from, which is a good idea, but they were having server issues when I was there.
