Very nasty and unprofessional ice cream shop to visit my ice cream cone had a long piece of hair in it bomber the workers are very confused slow and unprofessional on they cellphones talking on the line so is the owner Kevin whom gave me a hassle to replace to ice cream I still cant say that I enjoyed a ice cream from this ice cream shop be very cautions whenever you visit

Cold stone is always yummy. 4 stars because the staff wasnt great at moving or communicating with customers...which made ordering awkward. The lady who took my order must have been having a bad day or something too. Other than that, it was a good experience though. I would go there again.

Oh my gosh Cold Stone is definitely tied for my favorite ice cream place! They mix the ingredients with the ice cream and man does it taste so good, the smallest size also gives you way more than enough to eat, and I always get it with a chocolate dipped waffle cone.

It has got really great flavors and every flavor tastes yum yum.. We can make choice of our own ice cream-toppings combinations and they make it on a special stone jus in front of us. The staff is really friendly!! Thats one of our favorite hangout!

This is my favorite treat for myself. I love to try their new favors for the season but i love the classic "Founders Favorite". I have met the manager, hes a very nice and friendly guy. I do wish there where more stores thoughout st. Louis though.

My daughter and I LOVE going into your shop because of the friendly staff, the great ice flavors and concoctions that we can try. So far which ever one we have picked have been heavenly!

There was only one worker (slow and confused) and about 15 people in line. If you dont mind waiting 1 hour for an ice cream, this is a good place.
