Let me tell you about my four recent experiences here. Four visits ago I was told that other than plain coffee, they dont offer any decaf drinks because they all come premixed. Im not sure if this is true because the girl sounded horribly confused about what a decalf drink was. If it is true... well that just plain sucks... Three visits ago they took a large pastry ring and placed it sideways in a bag so it got completely smushed into a pastry blob at the bottom of my paper bag. Two visits ago I got a sandwich which consisted of hardly anything on the bread (absolutely nothing on the 1 inch edge all the way around). I asked for extra sauce and got literally about two drops of mayonnaise. Not cool for $9. My visit today was at 10 a.m. and they were 100% out of every single bagel. Every bagel!? At 10 a.m.!? They really need to get their act together because this isnt up to par... And I love this place...

I had an awesome experience here. The staff was very nice, great cashier and even the guy who made the sandwiches stopped what he was doing looked me in the eye and told me to have a great day. Something that people rarely do anymore. Since its in Manchester obviously its going to be busy, its Manchester. Yes there is a drive thru and that mean that the workers have to juggle between cafe customers and drive-thru. Even though its a drive thru, dont compare it to a fast-food drive thru (those places usually have around 15 workers to give you faster service). Options for a faster service is to place your order online for a rapid pick up, they even have 3 computers on the side on the right so you could put your order in yourself and not wait in line, talking to the cashier and drive thru.The location is very modern. Great workers!

Its always an adventure going here. Its never a matter of if the order will be screwed up, but how badly. I feel like I need to speak cave man language with the employees to get my order right and even then it never works. There are 1 or 2 bright spots on the staff, but for the most part, If its not a brain dead millennial, its somebody from a "group" who has a terrible attitude. Almost seems like they are screwing up on purpose. Honestly. I am not exaggerating when I say 7/8 orders are wrong. And usually it ends up costing more. And no, an extra cookie doesnt make me happy. Thanks for another screwed up order and offering to waste more of my time correcting it. Never again.

Ever since Bread Co. moved into its new location and opened a drive through, the service has seriously deteriorated. There is something wrong with my order about 90 percent of the time and the drive through service is incredibly slow (Im writing this as I have now waited in line for 20 min). I love the food, but rarely like to visit this location because the service is so poor.

I visit this Bread Co at least once a week & I enjoy the healthy variety of choices. It is my favorite post-run breakfast stop. The power breakfast sandwich is the perfect post-run meal along with a skinny mocha. Staff are very friendly & the service is usually fast. I highly recommend this Bread Co.

Very good, fresh, healthy food! Great, friendly, service! Wonderful bread, especially the baguette and sourdough (you can buy a loaf of sourdough to take home if they have a sufficient supply).
