This was some of the most disrespect from staff I have ever seen. We had 2 groups of 5 guys ordering breakfast. The second group ordered last, got our food first. The first group got nothing. After about 10 minutes, they showed the girl their receipt and she brought out 2 biscuits. They were still missing food, and explained that to the waitress. Im guessing it was a manager or cook or something came out to their table, told them she had made their food and sent it out, that they already had gotten their food and had the audacity to imply they were trying to steal more food. So we went to the counter and tried to reason with this woman. But she was convinced we were trying to steal. So we told her to look at the camera. She went and looked, and then proceeded to make the food. She sent it out, without a single word, no "sorry, my bad" or anything. We will never be back. I wish I had paid more attention to names, but Im not really the type of person to file a formal complaint.

Went through the drive-through this afternoon and ordered two apple-cranberry salads with grilled chicken to go. My wife and I were going to take them over to a park for a picnic a little bit later. As were paying, the young woman says, "sorry, were out of apples". We say thats fine, well take it without apples. When we later sit down at the park to eat our salads, we see that the folks working at the restaurant had also forgotten to put in the grilled chicken, yet we were charged the full price for our meal. The salad consisted of cranberries and lettuce. I know, "what are we doing trying to order salads at a place called Whataburger?" Definitely will never happen again.

Food is great, but the wait times are more often too long to be considered, "Fast food." Especially during lunch... extremely common to wait 30min before getting your food. Service is friendly and the wait times are usually apologized for, but after several instances Ive basically crossed them off my list of lunch options and only stop in to get something on the way home now. Ive got an hour for lunch which is more than most and still have to bag up my food and take it back to work with me. Some full sit down restraunts have faster service... Not being ugly just honest, if youre pressed for time probably want to avoid whataburger, despite its deliciousness.

When I walked in all seemed goof but then before ordering an older man in line was told he had to pay more for what he ordered and when he received his order it was incorrect the couple who received there food before me was also incorrect and the lady working there was digging through the bag trying to see if they had given them the correct food. I recieved my order and it wasnt all correct and the women came back with a burger inside of a bag and told me she needed one of the bags I had received so I could have the right food. Terrible place to go.

I visited whataburger July 1 for the first time and the last time. it was most dirty place place to eat and staff where rude. Garbages where overfill and on the floor. Used condom had to step over to leave the place. I would of left the place but I already paid at counter before I noticed the disaster. Then I had a number for my table and staff lady says she wasnt go to deliver it to table. Maybe she was scared she trip on garbage. Hmmmm

First off I am not usually a negative person when it comes to posting reviews, but the service here does not work well under pressure. We came in during the lunch rush and the staff did not handle it well. There were groups that came in after us getting served before us, but when we did get the food (finally) it was sub-satisfactory. The food was rushed and sloppily put in the bags and over all did not taste particularly good.

Came through the drive thru around 1:45AM. Was already upset because the first fast food place we wanted to go to decided to close 30 minutes early. However, it ended up being for the best because not only was my meal hot & absolutely perfect, the staff was very pleasant! It took a few minutes for our food but, it was almost 2 in the morning so I feel like that can be expected. Especially if they are fixing fresh food for me.

The woman in the Drive-Thru was extremely rude made me wait just to take my order at the drive-thru?? She said just give me a second like 6 times I sat there for 10 minutes.. Then pulled forward ordered my food at the window and then she was extremely rude to me at the window??? I just dont understand why some people are so rude at fast food restaurants! Its your own fault you work there!

Very gross place to eat! I get fast food isnt fine dining, but trash cans were over flowing, tables looked like they had not been wiped! Floors were dirty... Staff was rude... Was not very happy, would have been better to eat in the car, kind of an eye sore when you walk into the joint and see a used condom on the floor... And I am not even going to start on how the bathrooms looked..

Ive been to this restaurant a number of times over the last year, and almost without fail, some part of my order is wrong. The staff is not friendly, and the drive-thru is painfully slow. As you can tell from the receipt, I ordered onion rings and received french fries instead. If I didnt crave their food from time to time, I would never return again.

Horrible service. They gave someone else our order then tried giving it back if it wasnt for me going to the register to watch them and tell the manager I wanted fresh food she would serve me that order. then told me to sit down she was going to bring it I told her no I was going to watch. Take a long time to get your order.

The restaurant was dirty, the staff were not rude but they also werent professional. They got my order wrong. I wasnt given a number, so they gave my food to a table right next to mine. I had to wait another 3 min for my burger just to find out they forgot to add my jalapeños this time. PS yes I was hungry!

Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting on someone to respond, said hello and excuse me multiple times. I pulled up to the window and the girl taking orders walked out of the back and immediately began taking the order of the person behind me in line. I drove away and will never go back.

So they tell me theyre only serving breakfast until 11. Incorrect order. Drive thru lady digs through our bag with crust around her mouth and tells us to make sure our order is right because she doesnt know what theyre doing in the back. I wont be back. Im tired of giving them chances

Bad day we visited here. They were short handed and not working as a team. A group of eleven people came in for breakfast and quickly noticed the folks standing around waiting for their meals. The group chose to leave. We waited 30 minutes for two breakfast tacos and coffee.
