The service was horrible! We got our food after sitting over an hour, our waitress had an attitude and wouldnt even see our needs! When she went to cook our food it was burnt! When we were leaving out and we commented on the service she had the nerve to starts cursing at us and insulted us as well. Our server name was Angela ! She was on the phone the whole time and we were even missing a meal. I was told that military discount was not honored. The only person who made our visit Semi pleasurable was two other employees named Summer and Shay whom they also witnessed the whole thing. I was given the managers (Renees) number who did not answer and I am still awaiting on a reply.

Walked In . No acknowledgement from employees. 6 open booths but all were dirty . We stood there for a minute and waited while 2 female employees talked behind the counter and 1 employee was delivering food to 1 of the 3 booths occupied. Since we were never acknowledged and did not want to just stand there while the other patrons were looking at us we left. One of the two employees talking behind the counter looked at us and made eye contact but never acknowledged us or told us they would clean a booth. Nor did they ask us to stay. We will never go back to this Waffle House and I hope what goes around truly come s around.

The food tastes good, but the service is slow as always. Our server is polite, for a change, but very slow. My friend food all came out about ten minutes before any of my food was brought to me and then I had to remind them that I still hasnt received my waffle and finally got that about fifteen minutes after the first of my food has been delivered. Im glad this location is open again, but Im only willing to eat here because its newly built and therefore clean. If it reaches the level of filth it was at before they tore it down, Ill stop coming again.

I have visited the restaurant on more than one occation and have been thproughly disappionted every trip. This last time I left before acquiring a table.the employees are often rude and act like the customer is not there and the employees seem discontent with one another and do not work together to provide a satisfactory experience for the patron. Foof has always been up to the waffle house standard its just the quality of the staff that is over frustrating.

Im giving one star because I had too, or else I would have given it none. Where do I begin, waiter kept forgetting our food, cook was just incompetent of simply getting the order right! Kept assuming I wanted things for free instead of just making it right! Horrible service, horrible food, a waste of time and money! And this is my 3rd experience, will not be returning again

Ron of Team Toyota was amazing!! I called him, told him what I wanted in my next vehicle, type of vehicle, style and features and he found just that plus some, within seconds. Ron was simply amazing. Theres no better dealership then Team Toyota, be sure to ask for Ron I can promise that you will not be dissappointed. Thumps up Ron!!!

Walked in this morning around 5am, all the tables were dirty no one cleaning them. One waitress outside smoking the other inside complaining about not having any help so I just left. First time Ive been in since they reopened and it will be my last. They need better management, poor excuse for waffle house!!!

Dirty. Staff not very energetic. Was told they did not have customers for a while. So I do not understand why so dirty and people just goofing around. Never received a 2nd cup of coffee. Food about the same as all Waffle House. Depends on the pride of the cook. Good reviews are most likely friends.

Why is this place online. I just drove and this restaurant is completely shut down. No building just a sign. I drove out of my way to come to an empty place with only dirt. The phone line was busy and not even saying disconnected. Why is this place still showing up in google.

By far one of the worst waffle houses I have ever been to. Just tried to go in and place a to go order and was basically standing there for 20 mins. People kept saying someone take his order, and their response was thats not my section and started laughing.

Apparently everyone loves Waffle House in Gonzales, they are PACKED! We were seated quickly, drinks ordered and delivered fast and the staff is friendly and polite. Big change from a year ago. Good job!
