Although this is a great idea, you would expect that there are too many moving parts to have Tupelo 2 Go to go smoothly. Much to my surprise it was AWESOME!!! Ordered from Bishops BBQ. After you place your order, they show you a tracker indicating when the driver arrives at the restaurant, when he is on the way, and when your order is delivered. I ordered quite a few different items and EVERYTHING was in the bag and all the food was hot.

Tupelo 2 Go is awesome! Ordered from Nautical Whimsey, and although the restaurant was super busy and the wait time took a little longer than expected, the nice lady called and apologized and guaranteed that it was on its way asap... That alone made me feel that they actually care for the customers they serve. Will definitely be using Tupelo 2 Go again! Very happy customer here.

We ordered from South tonight. Food was great. The delivery and customer service from tupelo to go was amazing. Got an email when they arrived at South, when the left And when they would arrive. The food was better than when I get take out. They ALSO called after to make sure the experience was good. Kudos to the staff at Tupelo To Go! May never go and get take out again!

This service is so convenient! I love being able to stay home or take my lunch break at work and still have my favorite restaurants food. The drivers are always speedy and the food is always hot. I would give this more than 5 stars if Google would let me.
