I have ordered pizza three times in the last 3-4 months and it has been late 10 min, 2 hours, and 30 minutes each visit. If you order from this location make sure you pick it up because they will be late and then deny compensation when they are late. Just last night it was 20 min late, I called talked to a lady and she said to call back for discount after it is delivered for a discount. When I called back I was given a difficult time and told he could only give 5 dollar discount. I would not order from here anymore if I could help it, but my husband prefers stuffed crust pizza so our options are extremely limited.

The staff is OK their pizza is OK their staff is very knowledgeable about the pizza but they do not always smile or greet you when you walk in they are able to answer all of your questions though they do not give recommendations I have been here two or three times and each time I have not enjoyed the pizza or the staff or maybe even both my husband loves the pizza but sometimes when I order just for myself or maybe even if Im ordering something for the both of us it is always not to my expectations

Tonight was unusually busy. Only 3 employees working. They were doing their best to keep up but for several minutes there were 9 dirty tables and I saw a family walk in and walk right back out. Buffet was low on everything and no plates or silverware. We were given plastic forks, no knife and when we asked for a knife they said there werent any clean ones. Never got one! Management could do a better job. These poor ladies were run ragged!

I ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza as a pick-up they told me 30 minutes I went about 40 minuteslater paid and they didnt find my pizza left me standing there while they helped 4 other people I asked about mine and a delivery guy had it when I finally got it I had waited a good 45 minutes they didnt say anything or even offer to give me my pizza free I love pizza hut but I have not been back since and that was last month

Had to wait 20 minutes to get waited on for a take out order and an hour and five minutes later they tried getting me to take the wrong order. I walked out and went to hardees. Guess Ill find another pizza place while Im in town.

The buffet was half empty or full of pizza and everytime I went up I had to fight for a slice or wait until another came out. Service was also slow. My glass was always empty and waiting 5 minutes roughly to be refilled.

This is my favorite spot in Gautier. # 1 of course is PARKVIEW BAPITST CURCH .5mi down the street. My wife and I have no complaints. The staff really Great, and Mrs. Lashandra is our favorite waitresses.

Fast service, reps are usually friendly and quick to serve you. The few times I had an issue they either heavily discounted my meal or I received a free pizza to compensate.
