I wanted to try their service, so I tried a week worth of meals to taste how their food was. It wasnt out-of-the-world taste, but at the same time, it was not like it was terrible either. For sure, it was convenient. So I decided to sign up for 300 meals because I wanted to eat healthy. That was a very bad mistake on my part. Up to 100 meals, the meals were decent. There were mis-orders here and there, and food not delivering in a timely manner, but for the most part, I couldt complain. However, everything was disastrous after 120-130 meals. The owner told me that they were growing fast, and that might be the reason for continuous failures. Its good to grow, but neglecting existing customer satisfaction is just poor management. Food being delivered uncooked such as rice and fish. Food were burnt to black such as potatoes and pancakes. Meals not being delivered on time. The meals are supposed to be delivered by 7 AM, but there were incidents the meals wont even come until after 9 AM or even afternoon. I cant wait for meals to be delivered when I got to go to work. Completely unreliable delivery service. Wrong number of meals being delivered on a weekly basis. I would be missing a meal or two each delivery. I asked the owner to not send two of the same meal because I like to have variety of meals, so what does he do? He puts in two of the same meals. For all these service failures, the owner said he would compensate it by extra free meals. So towards the end of my service, I think I had accumulated like 25 free meals for all their mistakes, but I was so fed up with their service that I didnt even want those free meals. The owner talked like he cared about customer service, but he certainly didnt act like it. Their service failed miserably up to my 299 meals when they delivered 1 meal short on my final delivery. At that point, it just wasnt worth talking to the owner anymore because his words were never honored. I asked the owner for a refund of my missed meal via email, which he so conveniently neglected because Im no longer his customer after 300 meals. Thats the type of service I got from them. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend their service to anyone residing in Orlando. There are many other choices such as metabolic meals, which I heard was pretty decent. I chose to go with local service, which was a bad decision on my part. Just my 2 cents.

Owner is a crook, liar, bully and a thief! Business name has changed multiple times to hide bad reviews, Owner was Strong monkey, and Flex Fit Foods. After getting screwed over by his childish antics, we started to research and contact past customers, poor customer service, steals money and doesnt return money after mistakes. If he doesnt recognize a name Gabriel claims "youre not a client of ours." Do youreslf a favor and find another company to do business with. **** Edited Review: To the childish, bully, thieving, lying owner. I did not wish to further discuss any of our issues with you. We will not deal with you anymore. Foul mouthed child! We were clients who should have done our research before doing business with an infantile ego maniac. You Gabriel Santiago are a crook and a thief, with poor customer service skills. You stole from us and many others like us. You even went on to berate one of your other clients. How dare you think that your actions and business practices are remotely tolerable. And Yes, you are/were the owner of Strong Monkey and Flex Fit Foods. With a little searching your name is plastered all over both businesses. And history seems to repeat itself, THIEF, BULLY, LIAR all around horrible business boy. As far as your reputation, a bunch of your bad reviews have been removed, and are listed under some poor company in Michigan that probably failed because they are reviews for your company. How many reviews are made by you or your staff? And any one looking for a discount, its not worth it!! Try Healthy Chef Creations, Fias Paleo, Mealsthatfit, Fitlife Foods, Dreams And Sugar....... I am sure they will recognize any competitors deals.......

Very unprofessional company. My mother gifted me 10 meals after I had my baby. I called several times to set up my prepaid meals and it took them about 2 weeks to get back to me. Once I was finally able to set up my meals I explain my dietary restrictions due to breastfeeding and that I am not to have any diary, onion, broccoli etc. I also explained that I do not eat pork. I set up my meals and thats when the nightmare continued. I was delivered meals with cheese, huge wedges of onion & pork. In addition to receiving food I couldnt have I was set up AND BILLED for a weekly subscription which I had no clue about. When I spoke to the owner & let him know that I did not wish to be on a subscription he basically told me too bad. Because I told him this on a Friday morning instead of Thursday night he was unwilling to refund my money & stop the meals, even after giving me the wrong food & giving me the run around when trying to establish my account. Worst experience ever!

If I could give zero stars I would - Long story short I started using this company thru my cross fit (crossfit 407). They had not set up their ordering menu completely and I complained that it was difficult - (after I had placed my order and paid $100 for the upcoming week). The owner told me that I was "difficult" and he was voiding my order and refunding my money. He has never refunded my money to this day. I even asked my coach at Crossfit 407 to call him all to no avail. IN OTHER WORDS HE STOLE MY $100. I have called, I emailed and never even got a response. They are crooks and the food is not that great. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Im proud to say my crossfit dropped them. PS the person I worked with was Gabe and he runs this business so do not believe his posts as a customer - more lies like his lie about a refund SHAME ON YOU! The two reviews posted from Damien and Teresa, below, are also part of the staff that works there, more lies!

Ive tried numerous food delivery services (Blue Apron, Green Chef, etc) and the prep time left me with no free time in the evenings. 2+ hours to prep, cook and clean is not what I consider convenient and easy cooking. Fresh-n-healthy meals is the solution. Prepped, cooked, ready to heat healthy meals. Some of the meal portion sizes are enough for 2 to share! The food is packaged in plastic. Since Im cautious of heating plastic, I removed the food and heated it on a plate or in the oven. Simple, no mess. I saved the containers for future meal prep, too. Win-win. My favorite item is the falafel burger. Full of flavor and served with roasted sweet potato wedges and lettuce, tomato, onion. The labels are easy to read and I love how many options are gluten free! The owner is also very accomodating, friendly and passionate about great service to his customers :)
