I am terribly disappoint that Starbucks will not prohibit the carrying of guns into a Starbucks store. I discussed with the local manager Steve, and was told that the local store has to comply with the Starbucks policy, which is not to prohibit guns in the store. I also discussed with the manager from Birmingham, and he said the local store had to comply with the national policy decision on this subject. I called and talked to a customer service representative, and he assured he would forward my opinion. This is stupid (almost as bad as the Mississippi Legislature and Governor) to allow people to carry guns in a restaurant. Other restaurants are prohibiting (Waffle House and others) people carrying guns into a store.

I used to work at Starbucks, so I have a certain expectation for customer service and quality from its partners. My experience at the Tupelo, Mississippi location was one of the worst Ive ever had. Had to wait for almost a half an hour for my Americano and couldnt get the baristas attention to ask about it after the ten people that came in after me got their drinks before me. I would have just left but they still had my personal cup. Finally got the attention of another partner. Wont be going back.

Inconsistent product. Consistent bad service. The same drink never tastes the same twice and its always worse the second time. If I order something and love it be assured I wont even like it the second time I order it. The baristas often provide bad customer service. Of they dont have somethi mng you order they might sneak and try to give you something different instead of tell you they are out. Happened more than once. Very disappointing.

I usually go in and its busy,this time I was one of two in store,other than employees. I placed my order, stepped to other end of counter,and my coffee was made,passed to drive thru,where it sat for 10 minutes,then decided it belonged elsewhere. Never had a bad experience ,until today when I was served lukewarm coffee, at $5.71 a cup. Tupelo, Ms

The service seems to be consistently horrible. Everyone there seems to be in a bad mood and they never smile; and when they do they seem to manufacture any type of smile or visual connection. Why cant my drink taste as good as the way I order it? Its not that difficult.

Fast and great service. Needs another one in Tupelo, MS. Edit: Someone finally listened and we have another one up by Lowes. But sometimes it still feels like that not enough because sometimes the line of cars is out into street for drivethru.

Good experience. Coffee and service good during non peek hours. Ive had issues between 7-8 with morning rush and getting in and out of the parking lot at that time isnt easy. But I like this place. Visit if you arent in a terrible hurry.

I go to starbucks Every single day and havent had problems with them in a while but there have been MANY MANY times that a couple of the managers and employees have refused to make my customized drinks and were very rude.
