Stopped here while on vacation and had bought a Groupon. Nice little place with a shop, some animals out back, a small bike "museum" and I believe either a Harley shop or old car & bike place (it was closed when we were there). Food was good and they have various sauces to try. My wife and I both had the "try two" combo. I had the beef brisket and pulled pork while she had the beef brisket and chicken. I thought it was good as I tried the various sauces but my wife was not impressed and thought it was just okay. They had forgotten to bring her dish out and only brought out her two sides and I think they even forgot to take her main dish. But they brought out quickly so not sure if it was a simply mistake or if it was just heated up from what they had "laying" around in the kitchen. I believe the smoke most of the meat so I guess youd just have to heat it up and server it? I did like the fritters they have. We went out back after dinner and saw the gators and tortoise, donkeys, goats, peacock, etc... The bike museum had a few bikes and was a small area. The store had some interested items as well. There were a few nice older cars parked outside. Of course there is also the Timeline bike on display inside.

Was there this past Saturday night. Waited nearly and hour for a table; then, waited another hour for the food to arrive. Food was ok; however lukewarm at best. Ribs were undercooked. Had to go to the bar to refill drinks as waitress was not available. She didnt even ask us if we wanted water. She basically brought our food and left and we did not see her after that. On a positive note, most items on the menu are reasonably priced and drinks are good. Kudos to the great bartenders.

If you are a visitor to the Green Bay Area, this place is a must on your go-to list. Its extremely unique and a little odd. After you enjoy great BBQ food, complimented with 6 different BBQ sauces served in a 6-pack case... head outback for a look at the camel and gators. Yes, you read that correctly. Didnt I say it was odd? I wont give any other details, because some things are better seen than heard.

Watched from the dining room and I would say 90 percent of the meals leaving the kitchen were heated up or cooked in a microwave...My vegetables were lukewarm and was served just a pile of brisket..instead of slices...was not impressed with the meal and spent almost 30 dollars..could have gotten alot of REAL Texas bbq for the price..will not bee going back any time soon..and I live in the area!

Timeline Saloon really is a throw back to a great Era of Harley-Davidson history with a unique atmosphere to dine in. Service and the food is excellent! Great place to visit even if you are not a biker. After dinning in or outside, take a trip in the back to see the zoo animals for a family friendly environment that no one will forget. Docs Timeline Saloon is truly one of a kind.

Had the brisket and pulled pork sandwiches and these were average at best. The brisket tasted more like pot roast than expected brisket and the pulled pork had a pronounced taste of celery seasoning. Neither meat had a smoke ring or flavor. The place is very impressive and interesting and service was prompt and pleasant. I would try it again but not the BBQ meats.

Awesome smoked ribs. I stop there every time I am in the area. Service has always been friendly. My wife had the smoked chicken last time we were there and it was very good too. Cant comment on the burgers, never had them there. Their ribs beat F.Daves by a long ways I.M.H.O.I consider this a bbq joint with a laid back style. If you want McDs this aint it.

taken there by a mutual friend for dinner on a saturday night. very good food, nice waitress, no long wait. ribs were great; full of real smoked flavor! 6 different sauces to try...great experience; will go again! Too late for the museum but they have some great old motorcycles in a range of conditions to see.

DELICIOUS! Tried the BBQ brisket sandwich with hot and spicy sauce. Nice smoke flavor with fall apart chopped meat. Tried the fried mac-N-cheese bites and also very good. Rest of the family all enjoyed the pulled pork and cleaned their plates. Love taking a mini road trip just to see Docs Harley!

They tell you a 20 minutes for a table it is more like an hour. You see people that came in after you get seated before you. You have to wait 20 minutes for the bartender to grab you a bottle of beer when there is open seats at the bar. Food is just ok server ok. Not a good place for service.

If you want the best barbecue in the Green Bay area, this is the place to go. The place has a great bbq. smell and the atmosphere is special...featuring vintage motorcycles, pictures and uniquely crafted pieces. You cannot leave hungry, the portions are way too generous.

The smoked meats were very good. My favorite was the ribs. I also liked the baked beans with added bbq sauce and the creamed corn. The atmosphere was very interesting and creative! We will definitely come back in better weather to check out the animals.

Walked in got seated right away, nobody came back to take drink order, two other partys got seated and their drink orders were taken. We walked out. Obviously this place has a service issue with the other review saying the same thing.

Very disappointed! The pulled pork was very dry. The server was almost non existent. Waited forever for our bill and then didnt come back for 15 min. And only 3 other other table. Not busy!!!

Always a great destination. Alligators, bison, tortoises, and the General Lee. The ribs & brisket are awesome. Docs creations will keep you entertained. Highly recommended.

Best ribs Ive had (and I eat a lot of ribs!). Fast and friendly service in an unique atmosphere. Shops and museums are nice as well. Worth the stop!

Come early enough so you can go to the car museum. You never know what youll find in the Antique Mall. Food is excellent and plenty of it.

Food and ambiance was excellent. But for faster service, try not to arrive at the noon rush on a warm Friday afternoon in Summer.
