Which is the best part of the meal? The amazing appetizers? The excellent entrees? Or the delicious sides? This restaurant cares about quality, and it shows in every dish Ive ordered. We love their Gobi Manchurian (lightly battered and fried cauliflower in a spicy sauce), Samosas (savory potatoes and peas in a fried pastry), Vadas (when samosas ran out one time, they whipped up an appetizer that wasnt even on the menu and it was incredible). As vegans, we cant help but love their Aloo Gobi, simmered to perfection in a tomato gravy sauce. But we also cherish their naan breads. Each naan variety is amazing. On top of that, the owner is very friendly and willing to make changes (like adding onions to the Chana Masala) and make recommendations. Seriously, if you love Indian food, you have to try this place! If youre new to Indian, this is the place to try it! Youll never be satisfied anywhere else.

This place has to be the best kept secret in all of Oxford. The food is phenomenal and the service is second to none. Had lamb curry yesterday which was cooked to order. Talk about deliciousness by the spoon full. About half way through the menu now and it seems every dish Ive ordered is spot on perfection. If you show up at a slow time in service the chef will even come out to make sure your dining experience is superb.

Hands down the best and freshest I have ever had...I have tried most of the menu selections and they are all perfection...definitely a must try... Here again and the cuisine is 5 star all the way...this is the top restaurant on my list in Oxford...if you have never had Indian food you gotta come here....you will love it..my favorites are Dal soup, lamb sagg, chicken korma, chicken 65, heck...I love all the dishes here

Worst service. Misleading menu. Dont call and ask for something. If you do, be prepared to be disappointed as they wont have it. I asked for haleem on phone and drove 1 hr to get to oxford and the lady tells me they have halal meet not haleem ( for record I called twice)

Best of the best! Great people here. Thank you guys for being awesome! My family and I love your amazing food. Chicken Korma, Methi Shrimp, ...OMG the Gobi Machurian appetizer. Yummaliciousness. And on top of all that, delivery, too! An all around oasis of yum.

Phenomenal food and service. Great spot for vegan food. We had the Chana Masala, Tomatoe Dal, and Vegetable Khorma with coconut milk. The Chana Masala was delicious with floral notes and perfectly seasoned. Other dishes great. Very fast too!

I drive 80 miles to eat here as often as I can, the food is soooo authentic, I love chicken korma, its like home cooked food, fresh, yummy, not to much spice, reminds me of when I was a child, I love eating here xox

I tried chicken biryani a couple of times there and very disappointed both times. Quite frankly Ive decided not to have biryani from here anymore. Curry was a little better. Overall, did not have a great experience.

Lets face it youre looking for Indian cuisine in Mississippi, but having lived in England and visited India, this place has the most authentic food youll find. Highly recommend Gobi Manchuria and Butter Chicken.

My family and I walked in about 30 or 40 minutes after they restaurant opened. We rang the bell several times and even called out to someone and we were completely ignored. We were the only people there.

Love the food here. Like most Indian restaurants, the food is a little pricey, but so worth it. An order of curry and naan will feed you twice. Also, everyone is always so incredibly nice.

Me and my friend got food poisoning here. Im pretty sure it was from the green sauce they bring out with the chips. The bathrooms were filthy. That shoulda been my first clue.

Nicely done, light, and tasty. Some Indian restaurants use too much ghee and oils in their food - Maharaja instead uses expertly blended spices. Love this place!
