I have never had to write in to any restaurant before but I feel like today I had no choice. I went to the Chipotle off Valley Creek Rd in Woodbury MN and it was the worst experience I have ever had. There was a long line (about 10 people) waiting for chicken that they said they ran out of and would be a 15 minute wait. Once the chicken came I continued to order my bowl and once again they claimed they had run out of fajitas and it will be an extra 7 minute wait. I told them to just skip the fajitas since I had already been extremely frustrated with waiting on the chicken. Then I went to pay for the bowl and noticed other unhappy customers complaining they were also out of chips. It was not a big deal to me since I didnt order them, but the fact they ran out of those as well was just pathetic. Then I get home to eat the bowl and notice the chicken was not fully cooked. I threw away the bowl and wasted my lunch hour, my money and my lunch on nothing but an absolutely horrible experience. To top it all off, not one person working there seemed to care that they had unhappy customers and didnt even bother apologizing or try to rectify the situation. I hate saying this, but I can honestly say that I will NEVER go back to that Chipotle ever again. With as bad of a reputation the other Chipotle has that is near me off Woodbury Dr, I cant imagine that it could possibly be any worse then the one I went to today. I really hope for this companies sake that they make some changes and things turn around for the better.

This is repeatedly the worst establishment I have been to. Although well cooked the food here is always poorly crafted. There is never enough guac to make it worth the charge. They dont put as much filling in as other Chipotle restaurants other than rice. One of the main purposes of a restaurant like this is supposed to be consistency between locations. In addition I just got a burrito that was only half wrapped. The service is even worse than the food. On my first trip the girl rolled her eyes when I stated the items I wanted in my burrito. On my second trip two gentlemen and a woman were worth mentioning. The first guy was happy and quite polite. The woman got halfway though wrapping my burrito, then when stopping to change gloves she let out a sigh. When she returned with new gloves she flipped my burrito over finished the foil and left out half wrapped inside. The second gentlemen then rings me up and tells me "Dont make a mess, I dont want to have to clean it up." It was more than forty minutes before close. Then as I am eating he tells me on his way to the clean the bathroom "Somebody popped all over the toilet seat. What the erhg." Even if he had been smiling to try to pull these off as a joke these are never an appropriate thing to say. I can see why my work puts their large group orders though the Maplewood location at almost twice the distance away.

My usual experience at this particular Chipotle is decent. The veggies are usually cooked hard so they have crunch...not my favorite but I guess we are all different for a reason. Sometimes the line backs up from the meat station to the salsa station that your meat will get cold. On more than one occasion I have had sauces, cheese, and guacamole so cold it literally was still frozen and made the burrito too cold to continue. But the customer service is always subpar. No one makes eye contact, no matter how busy they seem to have someone just standing around doing nothing except for distracting the others... I even asked about it and the only guy actually working told me the girl was leaving. The only manager I have ever seen here (or at least to my knowledge) was unpleasant and uninterested in leading a happy and productive team.

Huge Chipolte fan overall, but this location is bad enough that even though this is the closest one to my work Ill be going elsewhere. Im consistently disappointed with this location and dont think in the 3 years Ive been going there Ive ever left thinking, "Man, that was a great Burrito". (Which happens often at other locations...Eagan one is awesome) The last time I was there it took me 20 minutes to get through an 8 person line and ended up with a burrito where the beans were hard and under-cooked, the cheese was almost frozen, and the sauces were put on so unevenly that only 1/4 of my burrito had sour cream. By the time I got through the line it was so cold and poorly made I threw it away after 4 bites. The manager didnt offer to make a new one or refund my money, just said sorry and walked away.

The one time I came in the woman that was there to "help" snarled "What do you want?" without any provocation on my part. I kept my composure and told her what I wanted. The rice and beans she put on my burrito were the tiniest piles, almost made to spite me. I had to request more of each since no Chipotle I ever went to skimped you on the beans or rice. Only asking for more increased her feeling of resentment in me. On that note I decided I needed to be satisfied with the less tiny-pile she gave me. You can mouth off at me but Ill be dammed if you skimp me rice and beans because you hate your job. I am not often in the area so I dont have to go there again. This may not be the case all the time (it wasnt even busy there) but it sure wasnt a good experience.

The music is so loud I thought that my order was originally being taken. I got really confused and thought my order was being made as I was saying what I wanted he was making it but never once looked up at me except for before he started it. Turns out it was for someone else? and I stood there for 5 min like a fool confused while I let other people go past me in line with their orders. As I stated my confusion, I got a response I could barely hear and no one really said anything to me as I stood there confused. Awkward to say the least. Misunderstanding but couldnt hear as music is so loud and they were too quiet. Maybe communicate better?

I work and attend school in the vicinity of the Chipotle on currell Boulevard in Woodbury multiple times have I been disappointed by the service that they provide from the cocky workers to the cold food this story just cannot get it right my order is simple yet somehow I always leave disappointed or having to call in so they can fix the mistake wasting what has accumulated to be hours driving back to get my food corrected honestly I dont know whats wrong with me that I keep going to this location maybe its just the convenience but it would be great if they stepped it up a notch with the requirements they look for in their line workers

Live 2 blocks away from here so it is handy. Used to go in here all the time but for the last year my experiences have not been good and I find myself going less and less. Last night was probably my last time. I decided to try the chorizo burrito. I got a very small amount dried up - crunchy nasty so called chorizo. So I basically had a rice, lettuce and salsa burrito for 7 dollars. So done with them. I will be driving to Catrinas in Oakdale. Where the food is wonderful and the person building your burrito not stingy with the meat.
