What the heck is going on? Chipotle has been a hot mess lately. Tonight was the third time in a row that Ive been there that theyve been incredibly understaffed. Theyre constantly running out of items, which generally adds anywhere from five to fifteen minutes to the wait for food. Tonight (Monday) at 5:15 PM, they ran out of rice; there was nobody in the kitchen to cook more. I dont know where the cooking staff was and I just left because I dont have time to wait around for rice to be cooked when theres nobody there to cook it. The dining area was a dirt pit, as well--unclean and disorderly. Its really sad; I used to love Chipotle, but I think Im going to skip eating there for awhile, at least until they can get their act back together.

This location is the worst Ive been to. They ignore you , the rice is never done right to start. The last straw was the online order. When I wait in line in this store I always see the people who ordered online waiting because they just start to make the order when they walk in. I did an online order and thought Ill go later then the time given because what I observed. Sure enough 20 mins later from the time given online wasnt enough time. The cashier went looking for my order but I could see the receipt sitting right by the cash register. She came over found what I was looking at and then started making my food. This location is very unorganized and i wonder if these kids who work here have any management at all.

I must say that I am a general fan of Chipotle. I am disappointed that my local shop is poorly organized and with people who clearly would rather be somewhere else. It was busy I understand but the lack of care from all aspects as to the preparation of our meals was alot to overlook. I dont think I was alone considering the looks from everyone else watching the food being made. It was unfortunate how little effort was being made. I hope the next time is better.

I love Chipotle (probably too much!) but this location is the worst! Im about a 3 minute drive away and I will now be driving 20 minutes just so I dont have to deal with poor service here. The food tastes bland and overcooked compared to other locations, the service runs slow and theyre constantly out of main items (rice, steak, chips, etc.).

This location is always slow. I had 5 people in front of me and it took almost 20 minutes. They are always out of things. Some times when Im there I feel like Im in high school with all the employees running around and there friends there. They talk to other people and ignore who they are helping. Who is running the place? Seriously!

I really like Chipotle and this one tends to be hit or miss depending on who you get making your food. Sometimes you get basically no meat, other times you get loaded up. Same with the veggies. The place is always clean and the staff is friendly, just need some consistency in their food making /prep.

Done going to this chipotle. The portions are ridiculously small. Almost $8.00 for a burrito with pretty much no meat and a few strings of cheese, no thanks. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes they smile while they put a tiny scoop of meat on, sometimes they dont. Either way, not going back.

Used the online ordering for the first time and they screwed up everything didnt even put chicken on my bowl. Then when I went back they made me wait 10 mins while serving other people in line and didnt apologize for anything. Usually Chipotle is awesome today not so much.

Another excellent Chipotle location. The chicken is incredible....grilled to perfection! Staff is friendly and awesome! My 2nd favorite Chipotle with the Hastings location edging them out. Love the newer remodel decor here in Cottage Grove better. Enjoy!!

Friendly staff. Usually super quick even at rush. Food is constantly higher quality than any other chipotle I frequent in the greater metro area and Ive been to alot of chipotle. I drive out of my way to come to this store because I know itll be good.

Great tasting food at great prices and good portion sizes. I enjoyed the burrito bowl and guac. They have fizzy water and fresh lemons for free. We love taking our kids here when we need a quick bite to eat.
