I love Chipotle. And it was my first time at this Chipotle location. I was quite upset at this Chipotle because I am pregnant so when I go in there and asked for one of the workers to press my steak so I wouldnt have to eat them so medium rare, this associate told me that they were NOT able to do that, which was so odd because I have been to different Chipotle and they have always pressed my steak for me. Anyhow, I ordered a steak bowl and I receive very little quantity of food compare to the rest of the Chipotle Ive been to. Overall I am upset at this location, I know another Chipotle on Maplewood Ave and next time I will travel the distant because this Chipotle did not satisfy me at all.

ALWAYS different STAFF. if there is a rush, they ALL yell at you at once, if you have more than one item. its very disrespectful. one fella didnt give me time to answer, then i asked for very light sour cream and the woman poured it on thick anyways. then wrapped it up and pushed it to the register. then they all clapped when the rush was over. treated us like CRAP but at least they were fast. if i wanted fast, i would go to jimmy johns. this chipotle is a sucky location. i also realized that they are adding less and less FOOD to the burritos and bowls, but have INCREASED THEIR PRICES!! i have been there 10+ times, and 8 of the 10 visits were crap.

WARNING - this place is ripoff! I bought a beef and Chicken burrito and found 14 pieces of nasty gristle ! I can only wonder how many I would have gotten if it was all beef! I called the store after I found 4 of them and talked to Alex and I was told they had a new person trimming the meat and was still training-SERIOUSLY??? After I got done picking out the 14th piece-see photo and receipt, I called Alex again and told him how many I found. I said his story about a new person in the kitchen didnt make sense. I gave him my phone number and asked that the manager call me in the next 24 hours which they never did.

this place was horrible. of course the food was good, how could they really mess it up? But my burrito was so poorly made. She threw the ingredients on and it was so spread out that it couldnt be folded! (and that was not because of how much i had on it) Also, there were no fresh limes or lemons. There were barely any silverware left. out of all the containers to hold silverware, only two were full. and that was half way. The floor was dirty. There was wrappers in the silverware holders. And the trash was overflowing. such a disappointment.

This location is a great place to order food in person! The reasons for the 1 star is the online ordering (iPhone,Fax,etc.) the last few times portions have been less and less. Its frustrating because the online order and pickup is nice and easy during busy times and with office ordering you dont want to be that person standing in line with a piece of paper and 6 orders! Portions on online are half of what you get when your standing in front of them. Why?

It is SO FRUSTRATING when you do an online order and you drive to the store and pick it up. Then you drive home only to realize that they screwed up two of three items you ordered. Now you have to drive back to the store to get your ordered corrected. Then when you get there there is no heartfelt apology, you have to tell them they are about to make your order wrong again, and they offer you nothing for the extra 30 minutes it took to get you dinner.

Did an online order to be picked up 45 minutes from placing the order. It was not ready when I got there which was actually 5 minutes past the pick up time. I sat there for another 10 minutes until it was ready. I asked for a bag of chips for the inconvenience and was told Id have to pay for them. Are you serious? Its probably more cost effective to give away a 5 cent bag of chips than losing customers and business. Cmon Chipotle. Do better.

I dont know what was going on the days that these people went to chipotle but me as a employee of chipotle at this location I know that all of our staff & employees are there to make sure every customer that walks in through that door leaves with a good visit at our restaurant. And if something wasnt right they should let one of us know & we will GLADLY make it right. We are a restaurant tour & we are all top performers with high standards.

A typical Chipotle restaurant. This location has a rather difficult parking Arrangement that makes it difficult to get in and out of quickly. It has a dead end on one side that leads to a natural bottleneck with people coming and going out of the facility. The dead end is not immediately visible which leads to people having to do a very difficult turning maneuver if the parking lot is full.

NEVER EATING CHIPOTLE AGAIN!!! When the E-coli outbreak was going on, we where brave enough to go to chipotle. When we got there and ordered our food, a kid started vomiting on the table! Ew! Unsanitary food. Another time we found a strange hair in our food. Another time men in the back where hooting and hollering at my sister and I. Please dont go here

This is the worst Chipotle that i have ever been to. They dont listen to you make it seem like they are in a hurry . They put so little food that its redicilous.. the bowl at the end doesnt look no where near to be full ( because thats what we pay $ for).. stopped at this location during travel because it was closest to freeway...worst experience !!!

has too many white employees. They make terrible burritos compared to the other locations with people who know how to make good ethnic food. Seriously, if youre in the area, go to the Chipotle on Cty Rd E & 35E, or the one on 61 & 36. Both of those Chipotle locations taste better and have faster service.

Way too much salt on the chips. The chips and salsa are one of my favorites but sometimes i can barely eat my chips due to clumps on salt on half of them. Also, a little cilantro goes a long ways. The mild salsa can sometimes have too much cilantro in it and can make it not edible. Thank you.

Gave me like no rice, or meat. I love Chipotle, but they usually fill my bowl up. This just is sad. When I asked for more rice guy just looked at me, and moved to the next person behind me. Like get your busy, but everyone at my work place g ose there. This is something that will change that!

The woman shorted me on meat and when I asked for more she barely gave me any and that somehow counted as double. If i knew i was paying for double I would have demanded more meat and when I brought it up at the register the woman pretended not to hear me. Never going back.
