Waitress couldnt speak English so didnt get my order right. I didnt notice until I began eating meal. At time I noticed, I told waitress. A bunch of back and forth as she didnt comprehend the English I was speaking. Finally an English speaking waiter came over, took my meal off our bill as I was unable to eat it (so no dinner for me) due to her putting into meal what I asked to be taken out by her not understanding English. Zero effort to please customer who came to fill their belly. Nothing? I never received an apology from her or manager. Nothing. Wont ever go back.

Second time in a row that they screwed up our order. First thing I said when I walked in was that they gave us hard shell instead of soft shells last visit.so this time they gave us someone elses order.when I asked to speak to manager shift leader said it was him.I asked what they were going to do to make us happy and was told evertones human what do you think we should do for you.taco bell is across the parking lot.go there if you want what you pay for in my opinion.

They messed up our order, but the manager was so nice and gave us the messed up order as well as the new order. When we asked to get it redone, there was a worker there who wasnt to happy about it, they shook their head in dissapointment like it was our fault which is why we would have given them 4 stars, but weve been going here for a whIle and have constantly had good experiences with the manager which is why we gave them 5 stars.

If I could Id give this place a 0 ⭐️ I would!!! I usually come here every now and then but this was our worst experience, the meat was so cold! My nacho deluxe was cold and my tacos were cold too plus there was no cheese on my chips it was all on the bottom of the plate. A few of our tacos had barley any meet it was mostly lettuce. My friends order was called as she grabs the tray all her tocas were not even wrapped up all the way !!!

The art work compared to chipotle is much better. The food however reminds me of something someone would make at home with ready made taco seasoning packets. Caught in a bind Id come back, but Id go to chipotle or just make it myself given the chance.

I thought the food was a little pricey. I ordered a quesidilla, and I was hoping for all the fixings given the price....lettuce, tomatoes, onions/peppers....but it was just a basic quesidilla. It was good, but I dont think Ill be back.

Opens at 1030 not 10 and dude waited until i got back in my car and began to drive off at 10:35. Go where they want your business. This place will be closed down soon like the rest of the business here.

Only eat here if you have ever thought taco Johns is way too spicy and not salty enough. The hot sauce was literally tomato sauce, no peppers at all.
