Ordered the extra crispy and received original. $23.00 Called and was told I am expected to return chicken from Minnesota city. Am returning the uneaten original tomorrow. Very snooty on the phone. What happened to respect? My advice: never leave drive-threw without checking to see what you have..............

One of the apparently better managed KFCS Ive been too. This place was stocked with friendly professional staff, clean updated restaurant was nice to dinner in. Plus it was all bonus that they were playing classic 80 s hits,
