Everytime I go to KFC they always mess my order up. Today I ordered a 16 piece meal with the 4 sides and they only gave me 3 sides. The other time I ordered a 12 piece meal and only got 9 pieces of chicken. And then there was a time that I got a meal that had the chocolate cake that went with it and I was never given the cake. It is just weird how my order gets messed up every single time. And when I try to call to let them know of my situation the phone goes straight into a fax machine I guess that is what it is because I get a high pitched sound coming from the other end. I paid almost $42 today just to have it messed up again. Thanks for listening.

This store is always filthy when I go in to place an order. It is in desperate need of a remodel. It looks like it was opened, clean and new in the early 90s and has had nothing done to improve or maintain it since. The food is so so at best and I have had been told at times that my order could not be completely filled because they were out, or had malfunctioning equipment. They did finally stop charging an additional 39 cents for bank card purchases, and the people have always been friendly, but in a constant culture of having to apologize for whatever impending disapointment awaits.

Counter person was unfamiliar with the menu to the point of not even knowing which pieces of the chicken is considered"white" or "dark meat." Seriously. And the rapid succession of 90 decibel beeps which sounded every 25 seconds throughout my meal are to signify exactly what to the diner, beside the fact that theyve made a regrettable choice for dinner? The service was slow. Its been ten minutes and Im still waiting for me 3 piece meal. The only way this place could earn a second star is if the meal is correct.

What is going on with this place. The dining area was FILTHY. The counter area was gross. The service really made me want to pull my hair out. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. But the food tasted alright. Maybe they stay within the federal governments limits on filth in your food.

This place gives KFCs around the world a bad name. As stated the dining area was disgusting. Aside from the "Famous Bowl" food preparation takes forever. They are "out" of every special menu item. Unless you are getting the Famous Bowl or popcorn chicken this place is a complete waste of time

Work at allsteel and they never have enough food put down and always have to wait on my 30 min lunch break and am almost late everytime i go there. Ridiculous really u have to anticipate allsteel employees to want lunch at 630 and 7 come on its been here forever you should know better.

Very dirty and several dead roaches on the floor. The Floors were so greasy you had to be careful not to slip. This place has really gone downhill.
