Im disappointed in this DQ simply because they do not have LARGE ice cream cones or LARGE sundaes. Does anyone else think this is silly?? They charge you the large price, but short change you on the ice cream, presumably so you will order one of their over-priced blizzards. Hint to owners: offer large items at a fair price, otherwise, I will be going to other DQ locations.

Literally every single time we come to this location, something is upsetting. If its not some rude employee than its bad cold food, wrong food, long wait times or weve even been forgotten about. We must be crazy to keep comijng back to this location but there isnt another one around otherwise I would drive the extra distance for better service and better food. No lies here.

The only issue is that the location makes it difficult to access without going into a parking lot and turning around or doing a U-turn on a busy street. There is a drive-through and it moves fast. They are the #1 store but seem to keep up with the customers just fine - doing a great job! Friendly staff and helpful.

Was just in there a few minutes ago. The guy gave me a "medium" strawberry sundae with the ice cream smaller than the rim of the cup. What a waste of money. And he even gave me attitude when I asked if it was a medium since it looked so pathetic. Not going here again. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

My friend and I just left there. He got 2 large Reeses, I got 1 large Strawberry Cheesecake. Mine was only vanilla ice cream for the bottom 3/4s of it. His was not much better. If Im paying over $5 per blizzard, Id prefer to get more than just vanilla ice cream. This is the worst DQ Ive been to.

This Dairy Queen is not clean. The tables are smeary and have crumbs all over from previous customers. The carpet is filthy. Some of the people behind the counter look like they could use a bath and some clean clothes. I couldnt finish my cone. I dont plan to come back to this DQ. Yuck!!

I just tried to use a coupon that was emailed to me. I pulled it up on my phone and was informed by the very young cashier that he could only except a printed coupon. They would not honor my coupon. I am HIGHLY dissatisfied and will NOT be coming back. Thumbs down to this Dairy Queen!

Their cake decorator is absolutely wonderful. I have been getting Dairy Queen cakes from this Dairy Queen for several years and wish I could give the decorator 10 stars. I just through out a couple ideas of what I want and she makes her own design - wish I could post a picture.

Saturday about 11:30 am and I received 2 of the worst chicken strip baskets ever. Cold chicken, cold soggy fries, and hard stale bread. I know it isnt the stores fault, but there is definitely some brain dead cook in the kitchen. Make sure and ask for fresh food when you go

This place is pretty bad. Dirty. Slow service. I waited 20 minutes for cold chicken strips and stale fries. My chicken strip basket came with no sauce or Texas toast and looked pretty pathetic. I gave it 2 stars because at least the staff was friendly and polite.

Its ok I really didnt want that extra cookie dough I ordered... everytime I order I ask for extra and everytime I never get it. I know because I used to work at a DQ. Also filling up the blizzard cups to the top would be swell. Do better, thanks.

my experience today was awful. the customer service was the worst that i have ever encountered at a fast food place. i only order 1 meal and it took almost 30 minuted to get it. would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

Quite possible one of the worst run DQs in the area. Place does not feel clean. The staff is horrible at taking orders. The food/ice cream does not even come close to the standard set at other DQ chains. I wish a better one was closer.

It was the most awful meal I have ever eaten at dairy queen. We were in Minnesota, flying out the next morning so just wanted to get a quick meal. Hamburger tasted spoiled and the fries were cold

While a tough approach given the roads and entrances, its a fairly easy Dairy Queen to get to and from. Standard DQ fair abounds here so grab a cone. If youve got a dog with, order a "pup cup".
