Jon wagner, A manager that comes to work every shift baked out of his freaking mind. If youre lucky, youll catch him and a few of his "homies" in the back with him by the trash can getting higher than a kite. Might as well put a string around his neck and fly him yourself. That and the lack of cleaniness there is quite disgusting let alone the some of the night employees that just stand around like they forgot how to do their jobs while people wait for their food, they just crack jokes and take their sweet time. Lovely customer service. Late food, cold food, burnt food, wrong food, or undercooked.

This Burger King is terrible for lunch. My employees used to visit this location regularly. Breakfast is fine, but lunch, the food is constantly cold. The cheese is not melted on the burger, the chicken nuggets are always hard. The fries are disgusting. We have decided to not eat lunch at this location anymore!

Over charged for my food didnt get the money back ir even a gift card to make up for it the patking lot is horrible not easy to access there lot now i remember why i dont go to that location service is horrible and the parking lot feel like I need a tetnis shot just looking at it

Terrible food and the manager is way out of line...used a card given to me by the previous manager, and the new one basically accused me of stealing. No b, it was to replace the last gross meal I had here. Mailed directly to my house, in fact. Stay far away from this place!

youre better off going the extra mile to west st paul. the service is subpar and everyone seems in a rush to get you out of there, not to actually help you. i asked one of the younger girls in the window how she was doing and she just stared at me as if i called her a name.

This listing says they are open until 10:00 on Sunday. The entire building was dark at 9 P.M. Other wise when I have stopped at the West St. Paul Burger King service and food has been good. Tables were filthy the last time I stopped by to eat.

Dining in the lobby is currently closed. Only the drive thru is operating. The main entrance to the dining area seemed to be vandalized last week. Burger King has not seen fit to reopen its dining area at this location yet.

Service is shaky and the food at time served cold or they have to make it at lunch time when you think they should have a whoopers made up to a point. Wait time in drive throu is the worst.
