Today I ordered and paid for 4 of the 10 piece chicken nuggets and when I got back to the office, they had only put 2 packs of the nuggets in the bag. It is ridiculous that every time you get an order, at their drive through, you have to check to make sure they gave you what you paid for. No lunch for me again today.....UPDATE...I returned the next day and the manager gave me the balance of my order and was very courteous. I am satisfied and have no more complaint...

Ive never had to call into complain but whoever took our order was rude and interrupted, my food was burnt, no ketchup, no cheese even though we asked for some, and wasnt very friendly overall. I work in fast food and I realize they have to hurry, but they were super rude. Wont go back.

Granted, this isnt my first pick of restaurants, but it is a great value. I dont usually wait very long for my order, and even though the employees arent exactly conventional, they have been pretty nice to me so far. Yes, sometimes your order isnt 100%, but come on, its fast food!

Its been a rare day. I am on a low carb diet. I went to the drive thru and ordered a Bacon cheese burger no bun. When I got my order there was NO NAPINS AND NO FORK in the bag. How the h3ll am I gonna eat this? With my fingers? I mean come on, common sense.

Womens bathroom was so disgusting that I had to use the mens (not much better)! Food was cold/gross, tables were dirty, service was horrible (rude & obnoxious) & nothing was stocked. Nobody else was in the place, I can see why. Wont go back.

This place is a joke. Very rude employees, especially the manager who works at lunch. Nothing is ever stocked.... maybe they should stock before the lunch rush. Take the extra few steps and go to subway across the street. Food ok.

Its in a convenient location along Concord, so it attracts quite a number of truckers. Scenery is a little lacking, and service is moderately fast. Ambience is nice, with high chairs and a flat-screen. Overall a fair Burger King.

Staff was unprofessional, lazy and didnt have any work ethic. The small lids for cups were gone, no icee lids, the counters where you get your drinks was sticky and a mess, and the floor to the restaurant was messy and sticky.
