I pretty much expect my order to get fd up when I go here (I continue because my wife loves Taco Bell). Last experience: This Taco Bell has hit bottom. Ive gotten accustomed with my orders missing toppings, heck I even expect it now. But this last visit was the worst! Not only for Taco Bell but probably the worst visit to any restaurant Ive ever been to! Spicy Tostada (had chipotle sauce, and corn tortilla was *very* stale*, couldnt eat this) -no chipotle sauce Queasalupa Beef (no cheese in tortilla, "you had me at cheese", more like "ive been had", 1st and last time to try it) 7 Layer Burrito (mostly beans which were dry and very dark, probably several days old) - no latin rice Cantina Power Burrito (*DISGUSTING* & inedible, mostly mayonnaise & limp, soggy, lettuce, a little cheese & chicken, no black beans, no guacamole, no pico de gallo, very disappointed since it was $4 & I was really looking forward to trying it) Receipt barely readable, thats why I gave no Survey Code. Now your website is telling me 3 minutes left or I have to start over... Im only at 37% finished!!!

I had someone else pick me up 3 bean burritos and a limeade sparkler from there. I specifically ordered the bean burritos without onions, it says clearly on the receipt that they arent supposed to have onions. The bean burritos had hardly any cheese but TONS of onions. Ive heard of this happening to other people who ordered from there as well. Now maybe if the food costed more than $3 and if I had gotten it myself I would go back and demand something without onions because I HATE onions, I despise them, they are disgusting. But I just decided to attempt to pick out all the onions, which took at least 5 minutes per burrito, which was incredibly annoying. The limeade sparkler wasnt bad though. I would recommend if you have any other options, to order from somewhere else, only go here if theyre the only place open and youre starving to death.

Saw workers use the restroom without washing hands. That same worker came out of the bathroom and proceeded to sweep the booths with a broom. I asked him if he thought that was gross and he said to me who are you an inspector or what. I saw kitchen staff swinging brooms around and laughing and flinging who knows what into the food. I saw a worker sitting in the dining room with her gloves on. Then return directly to the kitchen to serve food, no glove change. I dont think i saw a single person wash their hands. I love Taco bell but will not go to w st Paul again.

The gentleman at the counter Brandon was wonderful. Made eye contact, acknowledged my existstance without out being rude like some associates like companies. He greeted me with welcme to taco bell, smiled repeated my order. Very personalable. My order was correct and great. Another strong point was when I was eating a older woman associate came in. He stated we got these new credit card machines and without hesitation he said here let me show u. Great customer service

Its fine. I felt like the young kids working here had fun but were mature and still got the work done. IF YOURE READING THIS PLEASE KEEP DOING THAT. DONT GO OVERBOARD BECAUSE RIGHT NOW WHAT I SEEN WAS GREAT BALANCE.Very rare to see that on a super busy day with younger employees. They stayed calm and got the job done. It took a little while but the way it was handled is why the crowd didnt snap. Good job!

Was just at the drive thru and got body shamed in Spanish by the manager! She didnt think I would understand her, but I did, cause Im bilingual. So I understood clearly how she said; "por eso estamos como estamos." Which basically means, this is why we are the way we are. She was trying to say Im chubby because I eat this food. Worst customer service EVER! Never again will this place get my money.

This place is horrible! I placed a order at 12:40 with three people ahead of me . By 12:50 I still had not gotten my food. By 12:55 I finally got it and then my order was wrong. Brang it up to get fixed and now its 1:13 I brang it up there as soon as I got it. So half hr for 2 tacos done the way I ordered them!!!! Never again coming here ever!!!

Pretty decent TB location. We get lunch for the boys at the shop once a week here. Our order only gets screwed up once in a while. They are very liberal with the amount of sauce they give out. If Im lyin, Im dyin; 10 packets to each item. Makes me laugh every time. Could be worse things I guess. Hahaha

In summary, its a Taco Bell. My orders have always been right, and food has been what I would expect from a Taco Bell. They do always seem to be pretty busy, with a large drive through line, but they service the cards pretty quickly and you move through at a reasonable pace.

Dont typically complain but: SUPER undrained greasy beef tacos, steak in super bowl tasted disgusting, no utinsils provided at drive-through for bowl item, no utinsils in lobbys utinsil compartments when I walked in, and no "thank you" when getting order.

Show up at 1030 for breakfast, which they say they serve till 11 am. Order are food, wait 10 minutes , then they come and tells us they are not serving breakfast anymore. Do you want something else or a refund. Pretty poor service/management!!

This place was very busy but the staff worked as quickly as they possibly could to get customers their food. Taco Bell always seems to be busy around lunch time but that just means they are doing something right.

The slowest Taco Bell ever. If you see more than two cars in line get ready to wait 10-20 min just to order! I love Taco Bell. But this location (the closest to home) is ruining it for me.

Very slow service. Our order taker was very unwelcoming. If I have to hear her yell "Next" one time instead of a formal pleasant greeting Im never coming back.
