Im on the fence about Red Robin. Despite all the reviews saying that the service isnt good, I have been there three times so far, and have always been served quickly. My bottomless drinks and fries have always been bottomless. The first two times, they were refilled without me even asking. The third time, the server asked me if I wanted a refill on my drink. Foods always been warm, especially the fries. Theyre so warm Ill burn myself if I dont eat them fast enough! I really love the appetizers and the shakes. The fries are delicious! The first time I went there, the burger was absolutely amazing. I ordered a Smoke & Pepper and loved it! The next two times, however, not so much. I had a Southern Charm Burger on the second visit and thought it was kind of bland. It didnt have much taste besides the sauce. It seemed weird to me, because the first time I ate there, the burger was amazing. Third times the charm, right..? Nope. I thought maybe it was just the Southern Charm Burger that needed more seasoning or something, but I ordered a Smoke & Pepper again today, and it didnt taste like much either. Im not sure if I need to get my taste buds checked or if theyve cut on the seasoning, but it was a very bland and disappointing burger. With all that said, Ive got no way to know if the last two times were bad luck or not. Im giving the place three stars because the first time I ate there the food was great, but having bland food two times in a row seems to be stretching it as far as luck goes.

Incredibly poor service, even worse food. I had been to this Red Robin once before, about a year ago. That previous meal was pretty average, nothing bad, but nothing great. This recent visit, however, was absolutely terrible. I can honestly say this is the worst dining experience that Ive had in recent memory. Everything took a very long: getting our drinks, getting our food, etc. I could have tolerated the slowness, if the food was good. It wasnt. Fries that were room-temperature at best and a disgusting burger. Its funny that the fries are supposed to be "bottomless", but our server never asked anyone at our table if theyd actually want more. Granted, we would have passed on that anyway, but at least make the offer. The first thing I did when I got home was brush my teeth to get the taste out of my mouth. Thats how bad it was. Ill never return. Youve been warned.

We went to Red Robin in Apple Valley to celebrate whether we were having a baby boy or girl. We told our server, Amber, that we wanted to be presented with either a pink or blue drink. With a smile she said no problem. A few minutes later she came back with a box and revealed two fancy blue drinks!!! She even recorded our reactions! Thinking that was the peak of the evening, we carried on with our dining experience. It turns out one of the employees had to run to the gas station in order to get something blue for us. AND our entire meal was paid for! We were blown away with the level of service and attention to detail we received and never expected such a perfect gender reveal, let alone the free meal. We were told "congratulations" any time we walked by an employee! I will recommend this Red Robin to anyone and will definitely be back!

Waitress was cool, got us food / boxes / check promptly, no problem with table service. Manager checked with tables to make sure they were happy, especially the special needs table behind us, which was nice to see. Only 1 star cause noone asked if we were okay after a glass broke immediately next to our booth, bus boy sweeping it up made it a point to ensure the table with kids was his main concern but didnt say a single thing to me wearing sandles where 2-3 glasses shattered next to my feet. That really made me unhappy my bodily harm doesnt concern them. Other than that good food and decent service, but the lack of any response to my possible harm put it on whenever again / recommend list. If theyre not worried about guest safety in the front of the house, what does that say about the back of the house.

My family regularly eats at this Red Robin. As the name implies, their main fare is hamburgers (usually with a side of steak fries.) Over the years Ive eaten here I cant recollect a bad meal. Im not sure I agree with the label "Gourmet"; but good burgers at a reasonable price. During busy times wait times obviously increase; but they work hard to minimize the wait and the inconvenience. They now have electronic check payment kiosks at every table. When youre done and ready to get on with your evening theres no waiting for your check. It sounds trivial; but we found it makes a huge difference.

Im a sucker for Red Robin. Been a frequent diner (at least a few visits per year) for over a decade. I used to only get the Royal Red Robin, which I highly recommend for a first timer, but their menu has changed so much, that I usually always try something new anymore. LPT: ask for your first basket of bottomless steak fries right after you order and skip the appetizer. Unless you really REALLY want those onion rings. Docked a star for poor wait time estimation and sometimes slow service. Always busy though.

Sad to see this Red Robin has declined so much. Our server was terrible. She totally ignored us. It was not a busy time. She spent more than 10 minutes chatting with the people in the booth behind us. I finally flagged down the Hostess and asked if we could be waited on. The bathrooms were filthy and staff seems to ignore maintaining them as much as they ignore customers. Food was fine. Hostess did a nice job but with the awful service and the dirty condition of the place we wont be returning.

I felt about a year ago Red Robin quality had dropped. However, they have come back to at least where it was before then. The burgers are great. The place is kid friendly with a better look its old 50s diner feel. Now it is has a slightly more upscale look. Refills on kids food, and fast service which is good for parents with hungry kids. Still better burgers out there, but Red Robin is a great place to go for a good, fast meal that isnt made in a microwave.

Just ordered a to go for me and my husband, Calling in the order, I was put on hold for 5 minutes until I hung up and called back. We ordered a Bacon cheeseburger, and a custom Turkey Burger. The Burgers were Delish!! But for 2 burgers and a regular shake, it came to $30.00 plus. For a restaurant that gives you endless fries, we got approximately 12-15 french fries. The quality and taste were great! The service, cost and quantity was lacking :(

Service was slow and horrible. When I tried to flag down the waitress she said shed be right back but ducked us to the point of going around the long way back to her station. The 1 star rating is hard to give because when the food finally came over 50 minutes after being seated, it was very good. At first I thought it had to be a flyke bute reading all of the other reviews shows a trend.
