Ordered burgers, chili dogs and fries to go. The person that packed the bags, stood the chili dogs upright. The chili of course, slid to the bottom of the container, and through the bottom of the bag. Not knowing this, I lifted the bags up from my car seat and everything fell through the bottom of the bags and all over the interior of my car. I gave them a second chance. I tried one more time. I stopped the person bagging the chili dogs, as he was putting them in upright. I took them out and bagged the food myself. Got home. The hot dog buns were hard. The hot dogs themselves were room temperature, despite having chili on them. The burgers were dry and overcooked. And they forgot to pack one of the fries, which really didnt matter because they had been sitting there for a while and should have been thrown out. Never again. Their food is awful and this location has poor management.

The children that work there have no common sense and dont listen to you at all heres a hint 1 person 4 drinks dahh ya I need a drink tray shouldnt have to ask 3 different times Update still stupid after again ordering 4 drinks and asking for a carrier they stuff napkins under the drinks first turn out my interior is covered in chocolate malt never coming back these kids are a waste of air to stupid to have jobs and apparently no managers work there good thing wyomings not far

The worst food! Burgers tastes almost soured. The basket we ordered was supposed to have 6pc chicken, ended up driving away with 3.. One fry didnt even have enough fries to fill the Medium box!! The staff in the window not only couldnt count, his appearance was anything but sanitary. Filthy! Going back to correct the order seemed worse then the loss.. Clearly nothing good can come from this place!!! Appetite lost!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This is without a doubt the worst Dairy Queen Ive been to. I just got a blizzard and it was a horrible soupy mess. Every other DQ has been a nice thick consistency and they even turn it upside down to show that it is that thick spoon sticking consistency Dairy Queen is known for. I do NOT recommend this location!

Best DQ Ive ever been to. Their food is amazing, they have great customer service all though they need to smile more. They are a little slow sometimes but thats understandable when theyre busy. It takes a while to make things thats why its fresh and not pre made. This is a great location and their blizzards are well mixed and usually pretty thick.

A coffee would be great. But then again the coffees are full of sugar and I cant have sugar so maybe Ill never return unless if they have sugar free coffee. My friend works there so Ill give it a three star because Ive known her since fifth grade and now Im graduated and thats why Id give it a three star.

Was trying to have a meaningful conversation with my co-workers over a nice warm basket of chicken strips. Unfortunately the disrespectful group of tweens in the back were fidget spinning so loud I couldnt bear it l. We ended up going to the pizza hut buffet, much more serene..

Go somewhere else. Food is overpriced. Soft serve was already melting as they handed it to me, in February, in Minnesota. Employee was not in a DQ uniform and looked barely presentable in what they were wearing.

It was terrible! The firl taking the order was rude as he*l... And I asked her why ny blondie blizzard, looked more like a vanilla shake, and she just got even more,rude. I gave her MY 2 cents and we left!

Worst food Ive ever had. The chicken was extremely over cooked, my own child wouldnt touch it. The fries werent cooked. And the malts werent done either. I rate it 0/5 stars. Suggest it should be reevaluated.

Food is good and staff is friendly. However, prices are pretty high and the wait is always long even with no one else there. Sometimes the drive thru backs up into the road and thats a problem.

Great service and great food! Never had an issue at this location. I have lived in forest lake since I was 3 and I am now 25!!! I always get my ice cream cake here for my birthday every year!!!!

I FOUND SEVERAL PIECES OF PLASTIC IN MY ICECREAM. IT CUT OPEN MY MOUTH. When I called to inform the manager he didnt believe me and did not apologize. WORST DQ EVER.
