Let me start off by saying I absolutely adore the Northeast location. I was going to be in the St. Paul area with a friend so I suggested Punch Pizza. We meant to go to Grand but ended up at the one on Cleveland - not sure how much of a difference that is. I forgot that this location was a sit down place, but no matter, right? Its Punch Pizza, surely the foccacia/Caesar salad/pizza is the same in both quality and price! Or not.. While its true that even the Northeast locations quality may be splotchy at times, its always distinctively Punch. My friend and I got the Caesar salad and a margarita pizza with some goat cheese and sausage. Here were my problems with it: Pizza was underdone, even the margarita pizza by itself was $8.75 as opposed to $5.95, the Caesar salad (large order) came with 3 foccacia slices as opposed to 4, and all of the items lacked that this-is-so-awesome punch pizza flavor, respectively. All in all, I was very disappointed in this location and in Punch Pizza in general. I wont be back here and would not advise your first punch pizza experience to be had here.

This is the best pizza Ive ever had. Punch brings it all back to the beginning, to the soul of Pizza if you will. It used to be almost impossible to find authentic Neapolitan pizza in this region. This style of pizza is definitely different from your standard American fare. First off I recommend the D.O.C. style for the most authentic experience. The crust is amazing, a surprising amount of flavor and texture that you dont see often. The ingredients are unique, as well as offering combinations youd see in Italy. A small detail I noticed was that pepperoni is called spiced salame which I found amusing ("peperoni" is the plural Italian word for bell peppers). The San Marzano tomato sauce was a bouquet of flavor and the Mozzarella di Bufala was distinctive. Once the entire product hit my mouth I tasted a glorious balance of flavors. The only reason I see people getting turned of by this place is because, while it is pizza, the ingredients make it unlike anything else. Ive been here many times and cant recommend it enough.

Not only is the pizza amazing, but the service is the best Ive ever experienced. My daughter was crying because shed just lost her stuffed toy somehow on the walk to the restaurant. The waitress asked what was wrong and my wife explained it to her. The waitress later went out to her car and brought back not only a stuffed toy she had to give to our daughter, but another one for our son... so that he wouldnt feel left out! Both our children were happy and the meal went so much better than it could have been otherwise. Ive never experienced that before. I cant offer enough praise!!!!!

I loved the appetizers and pizza. Memories came flooding back of the traditional pizza served in Italy. I wish I will have another chance to eat there. This particular location has the best service around. The waitress in the blue shirt is particularly attractive with a really nice derrière, lol. Who needs hooters and those other places with scantily clad women, when you have this place? I highly recommend that everybody checks out this particular location. Its da bomb! Visited: August 2nd, 2010 for lunch.

The food was GREAT. The waitress was rude. We asked to be moved and was told no and no offers to be put back in line or moved inside. We didnt realize until we say down that the sun was right on us and the only outside seat that the umbrellas didnt shade. She spoke rude to my daughter and I saw her correct another persons child. Maybe a bad day but left the restaurant burnt.

One of the most consistently delicious restaurants! Dont go here if you want a pepperoni pizza. Do come here if you want a fantastic Neapolitan pizza with great combinations of toppings. Theres not a bad pizza on the menu. Pizzas are big enough for one person. Or my wife and I split a large Punch salad, artichoke dip and a pizza. Seriously, Everytime . Its delicious!!

You want the best pizza ever? Go to Punch. Period. They have the best wood fired pizza. Lots of toppings and options available and the service is fast. I would recommend ordering ahead as the pizza is made to order and fired in an oven. They do pickup and eat in and probably delivery as well though I would always just pickup.

Best pizza in Minnesota. Hands down. There may be a few punch pizzas popping up around the twin cities but this is the original and this one consistently turns out the best pies. The service has always been excellent. I have been eating here for four years and yet the crave continues.

This has better pizzas than both Grand Ave and Lake Calhoun (although youd expect that, with the higher prices and whatnot). Be aware that this is table service instead of fast-casual like the other locations. Pizza is phenomenal. Truly comparable to what I had on my trip to Italy.

I live in Central MN and anytime I am within 15 miles of Punch in Highland Park, I must stop. When making airport runs, it is extremely convenient as it is only about a 5 minute drive to MSP. The best pizza I have tasted in MN, a comfortable setting and great service. Love Punch!

Amazing everything, except the bottom of the pizza is a little burnt. The servers are always nice, the pizza is great, and its all very Italian. They got me hooked in the 90 seconds it takes to make your pizza and bring it to you with a smile.

This is a the original Punch Pizza. Punch serves a classic Italian pizza in a wood fire oven. FYI Punch Pizza was mentioned by the President during the State of the Union address (relating to a liveable wage Punch pays its employees).

Not your typical American-style pizza... this is Neapolitan pizza! They make consistently high-quality food at Punch. They are our favorite pizza place in Minnesota. We order the margarita pizza and a large chopped Italian salad.

The best Neapolitan pizza Ive had anywhere. The Toto is easily the best on the menu in my opinion. I dont often order salads, but theirs are always great, I recommend the Punch Salad, cant go wrong with prosciutto in a salad.

Punch is our favorite restaurant in the Twin Cities. FANTASTIC pizza, great service, cozy atmosphere and did I mention the pizza? Divine. Melt-in-your-mouth hot out of wood burning oven goodness. Always makes me miss Italy.

Good pizza but I really dont like this location. It is way too small. Also, I was very taken aback by the fact that it is full service compared to ordering at the counter at the other locations. Wasnt really expecting that

Out of the way place in a strip mall. The food was incredible. Great pizza, great service, cool place inside and also had the large salad - also super good and big enough to split between two. Just awesome.

Service is fab. Their gluten free crust is great. Toppings a smidge watery, but still tasty. Prices are reasonable. Food was quick and tasty and not fake tasting. Overall great place.

This is the best pizza I have had outside of Naples, Italy. And I have tried a lot of pizza since my five-month stay there. Loved it! Wish I lived closer so I could go all the time.
