Epic Fail. False advertising. Bought groupon for NE location which specifically states "Free Delivery within 10-minute drive of restaurant" and a google maps to this location will reveal that it is 9 minutes away. Called to order, was told that driver said it would take 20 minutes travel time and that I was out of their delivery area. (Either he/she is lazy, stupid or has never taken the route I described that does in fact take less than 10 minutes) I asked the girl on the phone very nicely to please let the manager know that groupon is making false claims and they might want to change that... and I could just hear the fake smile on her face when she said shed do that right away. Wow. So, still in need of pizza I called an order in to the Minnehaha location (13 minutes away) and was told that I was out of *their* delivery zone but that they would make an exception as it wasnt busy. When the pizza arrived my first impression was that it looked almost like a Lake Harriet Pizza... which is where the similarity ended, unfortunately. Lukewarm temp, tasteless sauce... crust like rubber. Im all for neighborhood owned joints but these people really need to get their shite together. Next time Im calling Sarpinos... better value for money and they get it to you piping hot.

After over half an hour waiting for my pizza to go, I asked about it, and it was sitting on a hot plate pizza warmer. They didnt call my name to let me know it was ready. I checked the temperature of the pizza (rather than the bottom of the box) and it was barely warm. I said this was unacceptable and was refunded my money. Then, thinking about the shoddy service, I spoke with the owner, Sam. I explained what happened and he eventually apologized. He said I could have had it for free. Then I said okay Ill take it for free. But, even so, this is the worst pizza Ive ever tried to eat–cold, hot or warm. Its extremely greasy, the crust is pasty, the sauce like tomato sauce straight from a genetic can. Even mediocre CiCis pizza is better than this, and hot Dominos pizza is fantastic compared to this. Despite being starving I cant stomach more than a couple slices.

Delivery ordered at 7:30 on Sunday, 2 16" supreme pizzas. Over an hour passed and I called to find out the status. 5 minutes of asking or checking Im not sure how its done was told the pizza is en route and should be there soon call ended. 15-20 minutes later I called back asking again the status of the pizza cause its been over an hour and half. Put on hold and was told he should be there and was told my account will be credited, unsure how much of a credit. I told the female caller that the driver just arrived. And major disappoint but my friends were so hungry they didnt care that it was cold and Im guessing the pizza was dropped because one of them was not whole, my picture was added to be checked out. Hopefully, I am credited for 2-16" supreme pizzas the next time I order because those were not cheap pizzas.

I do love their pizza but it is ridiculous that if I wanted to "make my own pizza" it will cost be $25 for a 12inch. Most pizza places advertise that you get up to 2/3 toppings with your pizza and all additional toppings will cost extra, but parkway pizzas start at $15.96 (for 12 inch) and every additional topping other that cheese is an extra $1.60, so my normal pizza at comparable restaurants costs me faaaaaar more. I would love if they would change this, there is no way they put $1.60 worth of toppings on their pizzas when their house combos (with multiple toppings) 12in cost roughly $5 less...please rethink this!

Tried Parkway Pizza for the first time in preparation for the upcoming St. Louis Park (SLP) opening. Well I have to say the haul from SLP to the Minnehaha Ave location was not worth it... The space is great and the service was awesome but the pizza was plain. Had small sausage and onion to get a feel. The sausage is amazing as advertised but the sauce tasted like tomato paste from a can. Well now that I know, I can wait to try the new location in SLP, as this pizza is basic and not on say a Broadway or even Dulanos level. But will be better than SLPs current

I ordered my pizza at 6:25 and was told it was an hour wait. Around 7:35 I called back and inquired about my pizza. I was told that it was an hour and a half wait and the person on the phone had told me the wrong time. The man in the the phone said several times, dont worry your pizzas is going out next and it will "hot". The pizzas arrived around 8pm and they were barely warm. My kids didnt mind because they were starving at this point and my husband and I had to warm our pizzas at home. $51 wasted on terrible service and cold pizza.

Bad experience I ordered a 14" pineapple & jalapeño pizza from this location. It took them a little over 50 minutes to deliver to place which is 3 blocks away. After I called to find out what was taking so long the guy told me that the delivery guy was on his way. When the delivery guy finally showed up, he forgot my coke & my red pepper pack that I got charged for. The pizza was cold and after 10 minutes Im still waiting for my root beer & red pepper pack and just to remind you I live 3 blocks away.

The Saturday night employees at this location are a group unprofessional unexperienced and have no type of customer service. Not to mention that the pizza was cold & disgusting. They also took 50 minutes to deliver & forgot half of my order. I would never order from this location ever. If google didnt force me to select a star to rate this I wouldnt even given it a one star cause they clearly dont deserve it.

Parkway pizza excels at providing a great modern restaurant experience while still feeling like a neighborhood joint. Service is always great, and the gluten and dairy-free options are excellent. If you can have dairy, try the spinach and artichoke dip(gf optional), it will rock your world. If you cant, get some hot wings or a pizza with vegan cheese both are awesome.

Last week I placed an online order, which the restaurant never received. When I called they were extremely helpful and polite, and they made it right by giving us some complimentary items on our order as well as making sure our order was first for delivery. Thats how you keep customers! We will keep coming back, the food is delicious!

This is amongst the top 5 BEST pizza joints Ive ever been in in over 4 decades of eating pizza! So far, this is the best in Minnesota by far! Awesome beer selection also! Im from NY, & when I say BEST, I aint kidding! Only thing this place needs is a regulation dart board...unless I missed that the last time I was at Parkway Pizza.

As always greeted immediately and promptly served with our drinks. Fantastic artichoke dip was quickly delivered to be followed by some of the best pizza in town. Great cheese, with a mild red sauce and even better sausage, maybe the best in the twin cities. Parking can be challenging if the neighboring church has a function.
