Well that sucked. From the time we walked in and until we were served a full HOUR had transpired. One pizza was overdone. One was positively burned. Wish I could post a pic. We were refunded for one pizza after we asked. It was my wifes. On principle she would not eat and went home hungry. The staff of three was working hard as possible but simply could not keep up. A number of people in line simply left. This is all clearly ownerships responsibility. I can say with certainty that we wont be back. Ever. I gave it two stars for the overcooked pizza. Zero stars (or worse) would have been appropriate for the other one.

This is hands-down the best gluten free pizza Ive had... Anywhere! Im still in the restaurant and I cant wait to return and have another mouthwatering creation. I like to make my own food, but it will be a long time before I make pizza at home again, since its way easier and cheaper to enjoy Pieologys deliciously fresh ingredients :) Plus the friendly staff at this location make it an overall great experience! No more paying $23 for Pizza Luces gluten free pizza!

Ive been here a few times and theyve accommodated for my corn and wheat allergy in the past by putting my pizza on something so it doesnt have contact with the inside of the fire oven. Went back today for the first time in two years and they told me they couldnt do that. Poor customer service. Idk how you guys have a gluten free pizza but put it in the oven where normal pizzas have been? Thats called contamination, do you not understand?

Pizza is excellent for a good price. Be prepared to wait if it is busy. Loud music makes it difficult to hear the employees as your ordering or to have a conversation. Sometimes staff is really great and sometimes not so much. I think this is sometimes the pain of hiring high school kids. If the product wasnt so good I would not go back. The flavor out weighs the service.

Went for 3.14 day. It was nice. Around 4:30 pm. I didnt know what to expect. I got to choose my crust and put as many toppings as I wanted on my pie. It turned out delicious. They even let me add more cheese! Thanks Pieolgy. Ill be back.. Some people were mad because they ran out of boxes. What do you expect $3.14 pizza. Bring your own box. Plenty of room for dining in also.

I went in to use the buy one pizza get one free pizza. I was aproached by a couple who claimed to be homeless so I used it on them instead. The staff were very kind to me and offered me a free pizza coupon. I will definitely return to the highland park location. Also the pizza was great and the price was fair the store was clean and well lit. 20 out of 10 XD Thank you.

Staff was friendly. helpful. and even nice looking.. ;) This was my first visit. The food was outstanding! Dinning area was spotless , during the lunch hour on a Thursday. The PRICE .. I COULDNT BELIEVE THE PRICE!!!! A 10 inch pizza with everything and a soda was less than 12.00 Id definitely come back AND suggest to friends! Keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS!!!

This is the Chipotle of pizza joints, and pretty good, too. There arent a huge variety of toppings, but what they have is tasty. The pizzas are about 10", and are cooked to order. The staff is pretty speedy and gets the pies out to the tables in a reasonable time. Note that Minnesota Viking Matt Kalil is named as the franchisee near the door.

Decided to try this place yesterday. I ordered a margherita pizza and it was bland. Cheese had no flavor and the cherry tomatoes were under cooked. Only redeeming quality was the crust was decent. My fiance had a basic pepperoni and mushroom and the sauce was bland even though she requested the herbed butter. Next time, well go to Punch

Loved it! Located in a quiet area, both people on staff at the time were very accommodating and hospitable. Place was clean and service was fast. Ordering our favorite toppings for our own individual pizzas was perfect for this family of 5 that each have different tastes. Nice to have a wall of inspiring quotes to read while you eat.

Funny story I came here for the first time last summer, I was over at Lunds and noticed Pieology and I truly thought that they made pies and I was in the mood for a piece of apple pie, to my surprise it was pizza. I tryed it anyway and I have told all my friends and brought most of them here, thats how good the food and service is.

Very affordable, make your pizza. Its a flat cost like 8 bucks to make your pizza. Way better deal than Punch pizza. They make it fast and you can put as many or as little toppings as you would like. This is the chiptole of pizza. Tons of toppings, tons of combinations. One low price. hard to beat that. Taste pretty good too.

This place could be so much better if the employees actually cared about what they were doing. We got our pizza in less than 5 minutes... So most of the meat wasnt cooked through and was barely warm. The flavors are good, but I think Id rather go to Punch than eat here again.

Even with a dumb name, this place is actually not too bad. Crispy crust personal pizzas (or thick crust for +$1) with a variety of the usual toppings suspects cooked quickly for lunch or meals to-go. The new dessert pizza is a fun addition.

I was charged for two pizzas when I had gotten one. I waited for 10 minutes to have it void. I looked at my bank statement multiple times since then and the charge is still there. I will not be a repeat customer.
