They must still be working the bugs out of the brunch menu. The French Toast came without the advertised bananas for some reason. We saw someone else with French Toast while waiting to be seated and it looked great. Ours did not look like the same dish. The contents of my Build Your Own Omelette were placed on a slightly overcooked folded egg circle versus incorporated into the egg at all. The hash browns were good. The English muffin could have cooked a minute more. The Peace coffee was steaming hot and delicious. Full disclosure, we were there on a popular bogo offer, towards the end of the brunch service. We ate the meal without complaint. It was late and we were hungry. Well try them again, since we believe strongly in supporting local business. Hopefully they will improve with practice. Staff and service were great as always.

GLUTEN FREE REVIEW - I thought my life was over when I was told I had to go gluten free. How on earth can one live without GOOD pizza and pasta? In walks Pizza Luce. Wow! I am so grateful for this glimmer of hope that life still exists after a doctors order such as this. The crust was well crafted and definitely did not feel like cardboard. There was great texture, good doneness, and no unnecessary heaviness. The sausage and pepperoni, the cheese, and the sauce were of perfect proportions. The toppings were not overwhelming, but were there. There is little I detest more pizza-wise than an overload of toppings for the sake of overload. Thank you, Pizza Luce, for a viable and reasonably priced (even with delivery) pizza for those of us who must be gluten free. I will be back!

First time at Pizza Luce very bad experience there was 5 of us. For lunch no one wanted to order a full pizza so we just ordered a slice of pizza for each. which we did not know that when you ordered a slice of pizza it was to go. so the restaurant was pretty empty we directed ourselves to a table the guy that was working behind the counter came and told us that we could not sit at the table because we didnt order a pizza and that the waitress wouldnt get a tip, we had to eat at the counter. Then had to wait for someone to wipe down the counter, the pizza slices were hot and thats about it, no flavor, so if you are a first time customer make sure you ask what their requirements are for seating at a regular table , disappointing should have gone to the taco place

I live near one of the edges of their delivery zone, so I can kind of excuse the lukewarm pizza. But I ordered a veggie pizza which had a lot of vegetables on it so I was excited. However, the pizza tasted like nothing, the vegetables were bland. Ive never eaten a bland pizza loaded with that many vegetables in my life. I dont know how someone messed that up. I ordered it without black olives because I dont like the taste and not only did they still put the olives on it, but I ended up eating the pizza with the olives on it because they tasted like nothing. Ive been to another Pizza Luce and it was phenomenal. Ill give this place one more try sometime in the future for that reason. Hopefully this was a fluke :(

Where do I begin in saying how much I love Pizza Luce? That they deliver to Lowertown St. Paul is at the top of the list. The variety of tasty things on the menu that you can have delivered is pretty great (sometimes a girl just wants a salad!) And the leftovers taste great the next day. My friend thought to put cheese on the bread in the bruschetta appetizer was an... interesting choice (he lived in Italy for a few years) but I loved it. It was a nice creamy counterpoint to the flavorful tomatoes with garlic and basil that had a nice bite to them. And thanks to the Pizza Lupe I now am starting to not hate black beans. I am probably going to delete the other 2 pizza delivery places from my phone...why settle?

The food was garbage, I paid $9 before tip for a sandwich that should have been at vegetarian price since thats all that was on there was veggies, I ordered a turkey sandwhich and couldnt even taste it because there was one thin slice. I dont mind paying money for a good hearty meal, but to charge almost 10 for a sandwich on dry bread and nothing but veggies. Ill order Jimmy Johns next time. And by the way, the rest of the food there is garbage too, I have no clue how you have such good reviews. Im speaking for half of my co workers at the hospital, who are night workers and are always dissapointed, but desperate because its the only place open.

Pizza Luce does not skimp on quality. Unlike many major chains, there is NO delivery charge. They put the little plastic doll table in the middle of the pizza to keep the box from touching the top of the pizza. They even put a circle cardboard cut out in the box, under the pizza to keep the grease from leaking through the box. No worries when eating pizza in bed! The delivery drives Ive had have been nearly as quick as Jimmy Johns and super friendly. There is a HUGE selection of toppings. I had the garlic mashed potato pizza one time and highly recommend it.

I have some food allergies and here is what is good: Gluten free coconut butternut squash pizza with daiya cheese Gluten free pizza athena with daiya cheese Alright these are my preferences, but I must say I truly enjoy the pizza and love introducing people from outside of the cities to this lovely little pizza place to illustrate what out-of-towners miss when residing in small-town-bum-f**k-nowhere Minnesota. This charming location on Selby is convenient for me, but all of the locations throughout the twin cities have satisfied my insatiable hunger.

The pizza is amazing. Every kind I have had is absolutely delicious. This place would be 5 stars but I am not a fan of their wings. They are supposed to be award winning. The wings are deliciously flavored, seasoned, and sauced, but they just are not the right texture. I am not sure if they are baked or fried, but they are not crispy, and I do not enjoy a slimy wing. With that being said, order a side of the wing sauce that goes with the peking wings and dip your slices of pizza in it. This combo will not disappoint.

Good food, HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE. The guy that sat us had a stinky attitude and when i asked him nicely if we could sit in a booth were there wasnt alot of kitchen traffic, he said the area was "closed" then he went in the kitchen and i saw him pointing at us with his stinky face and complaining to his kitchen friends. Never gave us water, had someone else serve us cause he was having his period. Then 5 mins later he sat someone in that "closed" area....

Wow. Impressed with this place. The za was amazing. Food was just great. Price was on par with what youd expect. Atmosphere was fun. Art all over the walls. Very interesting place with a lot of character. Unfortunately the house flies and fruit flies swarming this location dont add to the before mentioned character. Cleanliness doesnt seem to be a top priority so i had to drop a star. I would definitely still like to come back!
