To start with the only 2 positive things with this place: they fixed my order and the delivery people were really friendly. Otherwise, what a mess. First, why does a pizza place have a freaking CALL CENTER?! I cant imagine there being a Pizza Hut so busy that operating a call center is worth it. And did they staff this call center with a bunch of idiots who talk to you like you have no idea whats going on? Second, I was put on hold the first time I called and she said shes "put me through to the store." All I got was a busy tone. I called back, got the same girl, who asked if I wanted to be transferred to a manager. I guess this is a positive because this NEVER happens. The "manager" had to verify my order like 5 times and she still kept saying the wrong item. Then she "called the store" to make sure they have the item that I want (I told her that we just ordered from here the night before so I know they have it). So she calls them and Im on hold for another 3 or 4 minutes. She gets back on the phone to tell me the store must be busy so they didnt answer. HOW ARE YOU TOO BUSY TO TAKE CALLS, YOU HAVE A CALL CENTER!! Okay, so she just reorders my pizza, verifying my order another 5 times, and sends me on my way. Cool. So another positive is that both orders got there within 30 minutes (even though apparently theyre really busy). And there really is no option to call the store. When you call the call center, you can select 1 to order, 2 to change your order, or 3 if you have concerns about your order or experience. I chose 3 both times I called, and both times when she got my information she asked me "is this for delivery or carryout?" Cant say Ill be ordering from here again, which is a shame because they have good deals and their pizza is good. Just a very disappointing experience.

Do not order. We called the local number but got a call center instead. We asked if they delivered to us north of big lake and they said yes so we placed an order, delivery estimate was 40 minutes. 40 minutes later call center calls back and says Elk River Pizza Hut cannot deliver to our address. We are out of luck. After numerous calls was finally able to speak to local manager in Elk River. He was very apologetic but said there was nothing he could do. He could have at least offered a discounted or free pizza if I were to come pick it up even though our kids have been waiting to eat supper and our plan was ruined by an outsourced call center. We are completely done with Pizza Hut. good luck and well see you in the bankruptcy courts.

An unbelievably hideous service establishment ... well advised to avoid. Based on experience of two days ago (Thursday, 3 June), where they took an order for delivery ... and received payment (including delivery charge) ... then did NOT deliver the pizza. Had to call their store after half an hour passing beyond the estimated time of delivery (and over an hour after the order was placed), to find out that it was outside of their delivery area. Guess that they dont know to use phones to notify potential customers that there is a problem. By way of information, there is a great Papa Johns within a mile of this business ... worth while buying your pizza elsewhere!

Ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers pizza and 16 piece spicy BBQ wings. The pizza was cooked PERFECT and had all the right flavors youd expect. The dough had a pleasant slight sweetness that accentuated the sauce, cheese and toppings. The wings were the best part of this order. Wings had a sauce that was tangy and with a bit of a bite that was in perfect harmony; not too much sauce and not too little sauce. It was just right. Service was also quick and professional; very friendly and fast.

Reopened.. cool! Terrible experience. One pie half cooked. Called store#got transferred to call center who said "well have someone call you, theyre very busy". Called again 20 minutes later .was told that they would transfer to the store manager. . Rang for 2 minutes. Disconnected. . Called back. . Waited another 20 min. Got transfer to a supervisor. . She almost covered 1/2 Of what what screwed up. Do not waste your time. Most likely will never try this place again.

Very disgusted. At 6:39 I got a text from Pizza Hut that our pizza was up for delivery. We are 5 minutes from their location. Pizza was finally delivered to us at 7:30!! It was luke warm and the cookie was cold and hard. When I asked the driver why the delay he said that he had 6 other deliveries to make at the same time and mind was the last. Dont get delivery from this place!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, toppings were all slid to one side as if the pizza had been dropped, they had cooked into place so we couldnt even try to slide them back. I tried to call to have it fixed and got enough of an attitude from the representitive I opted for a full refund and contact from the district manager.. lets hope we get our money back...

call in an order and when they delivered two pizza and bread sticks, the pizzas and breadsticks were so burned you couldnt eat them. I contact via phone and got a answering service, finally someone called us back and promise us that we would get a credit under the phone#. Well guess what them didnt. I will never order another pizza from pizza hut. They suck

Order every once in awhile. Once we were delevered very sour Alfredo pasta. I called them and they said it was only a few says past due! Our stuff crust pizza tonight, completely soggy in the middle. This is caused by the for sitting in the pan for more than a couple days. Obviously it was past expiration as well. I am addressing this to corporate.

Got a Veggie Lovers with a two inch wood chip as a topping. Sharp and a serious choking hazard. I bit right into it, fortunately I was not injured, but still cant get rid of the wood taste. Called the "store" but got their call center, and was assured that a manager would call me back. Its been hours and no call yet.

Lackluster experience is to be expected from this location. Missing items, cold food and so on is the norm for this place. Its a shame that corporate hasnt put down the hammer on this location. On the plus side theyve delivered before the estimate frequently - which leaves no excuse for cold food.

Worst management I have ever seen. Ordered online and it duplicate my pizza instead of ordering two separate pizza. When talked to management was told to buy any other pizza and left with a pizza I did not order or want!!! Will never order from this location again!!!!

Delivery guy didnt have the exact amount of change and ended up getting a bigger tip than I wanted to give him. I tried to call the manager TWICE and no call back, plus the people on the other side of the phone didnt seem to care much! Dont order from them, EVER!!
