Rating this experience is not even possible. They DO NOT deserve any stars. First off, my co-workers and I ordered a pizza. We were under the impression that an ASAP delivery literally means ASAP. Obviously not with this location. 2 hours after placing the order it still had not arrived. When we called about the order we were told it was not set to be delivered until 3 hours later. Calling to speak with a manager did not work either. We were transferred to multiple people in which none of them were helpful. After being continuously transferred from person to person and receiving NO HELP AT ALL, the delivery woman showed up and was very rude when we told her the situation. At that point she threw the pizza down on the counter and told us that she was leaving the pizza with us and if we didnt want it we could throw it in the trash. She did this in front of a guest staying in our hotel, in which that guest as well said he would never order from them if that was the type of service he would be receiving. Very rude service all around at this location. Will never consider ordering from them again. Nobody seems to know what they are doing or talking about. The employees are obviously not all on the same page.

I havent had pizza hut in ages but for some reason I really felt like it tonight. I ordered and was told a little less than an hour for delivery time. After waiting about 50 mins I received a call saying the driver was having issues. I realize delivery drivers do have problems as I used to deliver myself and know what its like. I was told i would receive a $10 credit on my $19 dollar order. I was fine with that. I figured it wouldnt be that much longer to take so I thanked her for actually calling me and not leaving me in the dark, but I was waiting another 35 mins. Didnt bother taking the credit, called back and canceled my order. Absolutely ridiculous how long it took. The lady on the phone was nice and ill admit i was a bit short with her. She did apologize but if youre waiting 90 mins for a pizza and bread sticks its obviously going to be cold and nasty by the time it gets to you. There are plenty of places that could deliver 3 times in the amount of time it took me to not receive my order. Never again.

Aside from reading reviews on Yelp from a year ago I still decided to give them a shot, I should have listened. They were about 30 min late from the estimated delivery time. The manager did call to let me know that it was done and that the driver hasnt gotten back to the store yet. Once the order finally arrived the driver gave me a lame excuse as to why hes so late. I proceeded to open up my pizza was fine except the crust options that I selected (Pizza Hut favorite) was not on there. I was even more disappointed when I opened up the marshmallow brownie that I had paid 7$ for, was under cooked and inedible. Im hoping that I can bake it a little longer to cook it through a bit more so I can actually eat it with out it being goopy. This is just unacceptable service. Please save your time, and money and dont bother ordering from this location.

The pizzas not worth it if youre not ordering extra cheese (which of course, they charge extra for). If you order extra cheese, you actually get it about 1/2 of the time. THEN, the pizza is quite good. Tonight the website told me (AFTER the order was completed) that itd be 2 hours and 20 minutes before delivery. Thats ridiculous, but I decided to wait. 3 hours and 10 minutes later, I called to find it out was "in production" - not even out for delivery. I canceled the order. This was not the first time weve had extremely long waits from this location. Since those long waits come with often mediocre pizza, weve decided it will be the last.

As others have said, this location is terrible! Very long delivery times. Then, they are even later than the ridiculous delivery time that they gave. This has happened more than once and we are no longer ordering from Pizza Hut even though it is my kids first choice for pizza delivery. They just take too long and are unreliable. Other pizza places in the area consistently deliver within an hour or less, but Pizza Hut cannot seem to do that. Plus, the fact that you can only speak to a call center and not the actual store is another problem. The call center people never seem to know what is going on.

Horrible experiences from this Pizza Hut. A couple of weeks ago we had ordered pizzas for a meeting and were told that the ovens were down and it would be a little later but would still have them in time. We didnt hear from them until the time our pizzas were suppose to be delivered and the ovens were still. The manager was super nice and gave us a credit to try them again and I did today. Got a call 45 minutes before our pizzas were delivered saying they couldnt get into the store. Ive never had so many issues with a Pizza Hut before and will now be avoiding this one for sure!

My experience was awful. 8:30pm was when we place our order online and payed for it. By 10;30 pm I was calling every 30 minutes to see where they were and they kept forwarding me to a # that was disconnected when I would ask to speak to a supervisor. To make a long story short, they closed, we starved and never got our pizza, and its going to take a month to gain the money back into my account. This pizza hut is terrible and I highly recommend going with someone else!

Just moved to the area and this became our new pizza hut locations. Every (yes, every) time I call it rings for a long time. It takes so long for the to answer I hang up to try again to see if I dialed wrong. I finally get someone on the line to tell me that they only have one driver and that the delivery time is an hour and half to and hour and forty five minutes. Really? One driver. So disappointed because the one time we did get pizza from here it was good!

this location is where i order from over the last 6 months and they have not delivered a pizza in under 2 hours yet. the longest delivery time was 4 1/2 hours when i ordered at 7pm and the pizza wasnt delivered until 11:30 pm. Expect a 2-3 hour delivery time. I would recommend picking up the pizza, since when they make it and it just sits in the heating rack until the driver is available. so the pizzas are not fresh.

Pizza hut used to be my favorite, then we started eatting from this location. Second to last time my fiance and I both were sick from the pizza (middle was underdone, so I called and talked to the manager, he was nice and he offered us a free stuffed crust pizza to make it up to us). So we get the free pizza and same situation :( cant get farther than 5 feet from the bathroom all night. NEVER AGAIN.
