I like mexican food hence like Qdoba and Chipotle. If I order in person the order is fine but each time we have a Corporate order online they just mess up the whole orders.This has happened twice. The first time there was one missing. The staff had to go back to pick it up.The second time the messed up hugely.There were missing ingredients and the quantity was very little almost half.Some had 5 ingredients missing.Never ever place an order online.

Even though this location is somewhat tucked away and unnoticeable, I have yet to go there without them always offering me a friendly greeting and asking how Ive been. I have probably visited this location well over 100 times and have only had one time where I was not completely satisfied, to which they more than made up for it the next time I visited and mentioned it to them. Great staff, great management team here.

The smallest burrito I have ever seen. Even Taco Bell provides more food. Guy in front of me asked them "is that all you get for $8.00?" so I watched them make mine. Swear they counted the amount of black beans & added a tablespoon of rice. $8.00 for about $1.00 worth of food. Mentioned my experience with the parents of my sons soccer team when I returned to the game & other said they felt the same about this chain.

Qdoba has awesome food. This restaurant has a very welcoming and warm environment from the entrance to the exit. The staff is AMAZING!!! Ive been here several times (cause I love this place) and every single time, they are awesome. Very friendly and approachable. They keep everything spotless and filled all the time. Oh and the rewards are cool too!! Must-go for service and food. Thank you guys!!!

Was going to eat here but observed the lady making food taking money with gloves still on and not removing and washing hands before making food. Then others came out from the back and did not wash hands with soap and water before putting gloves on. I did not eat here and will not go back to this location. I recommend the Eagan location. This Shakopee location is gross!

I fell in love with the queso sauce the moment I had some. Shakopee is lucky to have such a genuine restaurant. The breakfast burritos are also a great way to start off the day if you have a busy schedule. The employees are awesome and the environment is synonymous with hospitality. Dont forget to partake in the soda machine that has over a 100 flavors too!

I had a great experience here. The staff are quick and friendly. I made a massive bowl and they didnt mind. The only weird thing about this place is the entryway. Kind of small and you have to head to the counter first unless you come in through the out way. And I think they use salt in either the guacamole or roja sauce.

I enjoy Qdoba better than Chipotle. This location is one of the reasons. Their food is great and more flavor. I had the brisket on my borito and it tasted great! They also gave a very generous portion of meet in the burrito, and didnt just fill it with rice and beans.

Staff is very friendly. Food is locally sourced and very well prepared at a reasonable price. More variety than Chipotle (and they actually have spoons!) In terms of food and beverage. Definitely a good lunch or dinner spot. They have my business hands down!

Poor mans chipotle. Theres a number of sauces such as queso that you can add to cover up the lack of flavor. I have friends that love it, but to me Qdoba is just "meh".

Ordered online. Asked for 1/2 portion of rice and fajita veggies. Got full portion of rice which is OK but the fajita veggies are raw and uncooked. Very unlike fajitas

This Qdoba has great food options. You can choose from bowls, burritos to tacos. I like the fact you can sit outside in the patio area or inside the dinning room.
