Used to love to eat here, .. until tonight!! My husband ordered a fish/shrimp combo and instead of fries he wanted a chalupa! He told the waiter no lettuce and then I repeated no lettuce on the chalupa! When the good came there was lettuce so I politely told the waiter were said no lettuce! The waiter then went to the computer and told me it was gonna cost me an extra $4 to have the chalupa made with no lettuce because we didnt say that! I replied with yes we both told you no lettuce and as a response got an argument of how wrong we were! He then turned to a co worker and started speaking in Spanish which is when my husband got very angry! He then asked him he was talking crap and why he couldnt just fix the chalupa? He continued to speak to his co worker and my husband (who wasnt very happy nor friendly at this point) got up cussing and went outside! I told the guy to just give me my check and a to go box for the food! I had just ordered my second margarita with one sip (literally) taken and he still put that on my ticket to! I have been a waitress for 16 years and no what he did was wrong! Even if we hadnt said ,"no lettuce" you dont Argue back and forth with a customer and then turn to soak to your co worker like he did!! Very dissatisfying experience.. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

I LOVE this place I feel welcome and at home! People say their service is bad and the staff is rude but thats because their Mexican and they arent fluent in English. All my friends are Mexican so I understand what their saying and how they feel. The staff is so sweet and the food is great sometimes when theyre packed it can take a while but its completely worth it!! I always get the large white everything I order so I can take it home and eat it later THATS how much I love it!! Its close by and they have free ice cream!! Sometimes the staff is cute and I go almost every chance I get because I feel like its my second home. I like the booths because theyre big and the guy who works it is nice and always gets the food right!! I rate this restaurant 5 stars and I cant wait to bring my kids one day!!

If i could give this place a negative star i would! Came here with family (were not from this area) we came into town and were looking for a place to eat so we came here... were from south texas so we were expecting good mexican food.. nope far from.... the food looked and tasted disgusting 2 of us were throwing up sick after we ate didnt even finish our food! Servers were rude and attitude ish.... and managers were no good either... and prices were a little high for the quality/taste of food... lets just say next time were going to another mexican food place! Do not believe the reviews on here that say its good because its not!!!! If you know good real mexican food then this place is not for you! Runnnnnnn away from this place lol

So me and my wife came for dinner to relax and have some drinks and eat a bit. We got Sat down at a booth and we ordered our drinks which were one beer, pina colada and a water. Needless to say we have Sat there 15 minutes and we havent gotten anything not even water. We ask the manager for our drinks he politely went and got them 10 minutes later. As for our food we ordered and also took a very long time, as food arrives me and my wife start to eat and her food is way under cooked. I ask for them to cook again and the ticket cause we were ready to leave. Needless to say they took 20 minutes to bring a ticket then another 10 to bring my card back. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WAIT STAFF!! I HAVE CAME HERE BEFORE WHEN IT WAS A LOT BETTER

Weve had mixed opinions about the service over the years. If I were to have given this review a year ago, I would have said it was bad and would have only given a 1 or 2 star rating. The food has always been decent. The tea has tasted like it was old a couple of times. I just had them make a fresh batch. Management was a big issue I think before. It has gotten better. Ive had only one bad instance when the waitress would not bring our tickets so we could go back to work at lunch time. The place is usually clean. The tables are solid and not rocky. More padded chairs would be nice for the tables. They have a mix right now. The mixed drinks are usually pretty good. We eat here probably 3-4 times a month.

I was given a menu saying the botana platter and it saif it was 12.99 when my ticket came it said 13.99 i asked the waiter to fix it and showed him the price oncthe menu i was handed and he sent the manager finally after arguing with me and the manager wouldnt fix it either and the waiter stood in the window laughing and smiling thinking he showed me lol well he got no tip if he would have fixed it he would have been tipped well is what i think is funny ... they claim the menu i got was old, they should have got rid of it then ... ohcwell no tip for his attitude ass.

come here a lot and didnt have time to sit down and eat so I decided to order over the phone for take out. $18 dollars for four tacos? well that was fine as this is my favorite place to eat in orange. two of the four tacos were incorrect. not only was I stuck with tacos I couldnt eat(due to food allergies) but the to go box was sloppy. everything was kind of just thrown together. very disappointing cause I love it here didnt go back as it was a waste of gas just to complain and probably still not get the correct order ):

Absolutely Disgusting! Firstly the smell outside should have been a red flag. It smelled of over run sewer. Once inside ordered a sweet tea and took a big sip and it tasted awful. 2 of my kids took small sips and agreed. The people at the table next to us ordered tea after is and had the same reaction. After about 10 minutes I began vomiting profusely. We canceled our order and left. Now the 2 of my kids that tried the tea are nauseated. I gave one star but would like to give none!

Food and chips/dip is beyond great.. Almost no one in there, had to seat ourselves and flag down a waiter. I have a 8 month old and the waiter put hot food, salsa, the drinks (just everything he brought) right in front of her. Andddd the interior was HORRID looks almost abandoned and everything was written on at our booth. Not to mention it was uncomfortable beyond belief.

Was there a couple months ago service was terrible went there today ate 2 servings of chips ask me if I want some more told them no I just want my fajitas waited another 15 minutes still no fajitas total of 45 minutes left there and went Casa Ole I will not go back for a while until New Management
